Dr Jazz is the only place I will take my car. My car is three years old and it looks brand new ! They are the BEST at what they do, and as a bonus they are all so nice and professional. It is always a pleasure.!!!

Friendly, fast, and perfection in the detail. I have had two cars detailed and both experiences were consistently excellent! My older car was done right before a trip out of town with friends and people got into my car and said "Did you get a new car?" One of the best detailing experiences i’ve had, with the best job done. I love how quickly I got my appointment, how easy it was to drop it off, and how well the company communicates with the customer. I don’t think my truck even looked this good when I bought it, they even hand cleaned my coasters.The front desk staff is amazing and welcoming. Hello, Thank you for reading my review on Dr. Jazz Auto Detailing in Cornelius.If you have a motorcycle and cannot wash and polish it for some reason, please take it to the "Doc". I met him when I brought my bike in to get detailed and my impression of him and his operation is TOP NOTCH. He is very customer centered, especially with bikers as we can be very particular (at least I am), he understands the importance of doing a thorough job.I also met Chris in billing and payments. She is very quick with the paperwork, and very pleasant to work with.Lastly, I met my bike polisher, Miguel. He was patient and took his time cleaning and polishing every part of the bike with EXTREME care.When circumstances preclude you from washing and polishing your bike, please consider checking out Dr. Jazz. I am now a customer for life.Thank you again for reading my review, and thanks to the "Doc" and his crew. You are true professionals.

I meant to post this back in October 2022, but I pass by this place weekly so I just remembered. I had a detail service just before the holidays. I have a 2013 Dodge Challenger, and you best believe that inside was ROUGH. Dr. Jazz did a wonderful job cleaning the interior of my car, and I felt like it was reasonably priced. Will go there again, probably soon.

They did a phenomenal job cleaning the interior of my husband's Dodge Ram. I was quite impressed. For the job, I made aware of the cost to do the job up front. While the price was not ideal, I do understand (from the provided itemized list) what all was done to restore the interior of the truck.Service: Auto detailing

Dr. Jazz did a REMARKABLE job on my SUV after years of my kids and our dogs wear and tear all over it. Not only did they make the inside of my car look as close to showroom quality as possible, I legit could not find any evidence that we have two big, hairy dogs who routinely ride in the back. The manager Chris did her level best to work around my busy schedule, helped me decide which options and price worked for me and my budget, and got my car back to me when she said it would be ready. My car had the mess from years of our kids and our two big dogs. Dr. Jazz Detailing did some real magic to make our SUV look as close to showroom ready as possible. They also did a great job scheduling the work and had my car ready when I needed it. Great local business in the Lake Norman area.
