This location organizes their clothing by color not size, so nearly impossible to find anything.

My favorite Goodwill in the greater Charlotte area! They seem to get the best stuff, and the employees have always been very nice. Depending on the day, the lines can get pretty long to check out, but they usually do a good job getting you out fast. I don't think I've ever left there empty handed.

My favorite Goodwill. Staff is great! But!! The reseller's at this location act ridiculous..Not much you can do about greed. They ruin shopping for people who are actually shopping for their family, not for making a profit.

This is a good Goodwill store but like others have said a group will hang out by the doors and get the goods first! I spoke to one that said they resell the items!

Things are not organized, it's way too crowded how they have the layout. Most of the stuff is just junk.

This is our absolute favorite Goodwill, and we go to every Goodwill when we travel each month. Mark and his crew were so helpful with carefully loading all of our many purchases. Can’t wait to see the whole house set up.

How fair is it when you're shopping at the goodwill? Looking for a good deal? You have these guys hanging out in the back by the door. And the manager is handling them stuff that they asked for from the back. Seen it with my own eyes, not fair. Everybody should get a fair chance on Trying to get stuff out of the goodwill, but when you have the manager doing it, you will never get a good deal out of here.

This is my absolute favorite Goodwill! My husband is from Statesville, NC and everytime we visit family I make him stop here (it doesn't even smell like a Goodwill inside)! I always find an amazing deal on high quality items, the wealthy people in the area definitely make some nice donations for us common folk ?

The goodwill itself was probably one of the best I’ve been to, but unfortunately today was my first time going in and couldn’t enjoy it due to the group of people whom were just grabbing items as they came out of the door they group made it so no one was able to grab any items and were being rude and very arrogant towards others around them. When I asked another customer what was happening I was told that this group is there almost every day. Very unfortunate and it seemed as if they were being catered to. You could see the look on the regular customers faces when they weren’t able to view items or enjoy shopping. I would have liked to enjoy this store but will probably not be back due to this experience.

Goodwill is good but there is ALWAYS the same group of people just waiting outside the staff door waiting for items. Staff do not tell them anything and it keeps from everyone else to actually have a chance to even look at an item. I think they shouldn’t be able to just wait outside the door they should tell them to look around like normal shoppers!!

Clean store, but all the re-sellers ruin it. They sit on the furniture, chase down the employees that are restocking to get merchandise first, bring dinner in and eat it, hoard carts that are in the way so you have to shop around them. They just completely ruin the shopping experience, the re-sellers have no problem basically running through the store and stand right at the stockroom door. Management really needs to make a rule for the loitering re-sellers that sit there for HOURS on top of the furniture and leave their carts unattended throughout the store, leaving it to be a hazard trying to navigate around them. Stop letting them sit on merchandise!
