Disastrous! Have been going here for years and always superb. New woman (to me) cut my hair today. Literally took <4 minutes, no neck clean up, uneven all over (it was a #2 all over for goodness sake). Hard to go to barber for cleaning up!

Absolutely a terrible Great Clips, too bad I couldn’t leave a 0 rating. I walked in today with 0 wait time and was shocked with the response. Everyone was in back and they all peeped around the corner, all consuming food. A lady signed me in and no one budged to cut my hair after she left the lobby. I won’t be back again, please save yourself the headache of coming to this location.

While everyone was very nice here and I appreciate being able to walk in and be seen right away, my son’s haircut is pretty bad. I really didn’t want to write a negative review but after going home and realizing how bad it actually is, I thought you should know. I asked the stylist to leave the length on the top because I love the curls and just to trim it. It was chopped off. Before I could say anything a big amount was cut and at that point nothing could be done, so I stayed quiet. The sides, are uneven and I’m having to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. I am disappointed because this was his haircut for kindergarten.
