The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! I had my car inspected last week! They have an air conditioned lobby/waiting area, with lots of seating and complementary water, which was absolutely wonderful because it was scorching hot that day. There’s a restroom, and a very nice, somewhat private/fenced area outside, with a bench for you to set on. They did tell me ahead of time it would take just a little bit for them to get my car in, however the wait didn’t take as long as i thought it would be!! The pricing was VERY reasonable, the service was fast, and everyone there was very respectful! I’d definitely recommend!

That was my last visit to this Jiffy Lube shop.
I brought my BMW to the shop for an inspection and was told that they couldn't inspect a stick shift car, so I left it overnight to be inspected the next day by another inspector who could drive stick shift. Next day I got a call "your front brakes are too down to pass inspection, we can take care of that today". "How much does it cost?" "I don't know I'll call you back". Very interesting, I though, asking someone to make a decision without telling them how much, seems like a classic scam.
I was surprised to hear they said that, because I changed the rotors and pads for this car myself not long ago, and I drove this car very little. A few minutes later I arrived to a shopping center and called the shop back. "it's $475, parts and labor" "what were too down, pads or rotors?" "both". "what part names are you putting in the car?" "I don't know, we bought brakes pads from Oreilly". Knowing that Oreilly sells everything from the least expensive to most expensive brake parts, I told them "no thanks".
In the afternoon I rode a skateboard to the shop to pick the car up. I drove it to a gas station and inspected the front brakes. Touching the rotors I knew it had very little wear. The pads look good too; the sports coupe brakes smoothly without any noise or squeak. I put OEM Bosch rotors and pads in my car. I knew that these guys were trying to sell me perhaps the least expensive rotors and pads they could find at Oreilly and throwing out my almost new pads and rotors. Wow. I drove 5 minutes to another shop and they passed the car in 30 minutes. Done. Wasted $27 for failed inspection at Jiffy's, but that's a lot better than $475 to put in inferior brakes. That was my experience. I hope they treat you better.

Absolutely ludacris experience when I asked for a time estimate for an oil change and the female working there said it’s against company policy to give an “estimate” of how long the oil change may take.

I was very impressed by the service I received for an oil change at Jiffy Lube on Catawba a few days ago. They were very professional, located a coupon for me, vacuumed my car, evened out the air levels in my tires and were very honest about their findings. I will be going here for all my oil changes and inspections going forward.

Recently had an oil change and noticed oil spots in my driveway. Upon further investigation I discovered my oil filter was loose. They also left screws undone on my air box after changing air filter. I would recommend finding somone else to service your vehicle.
