K9 Park At Ramsey Creek is a dog-friendly park located near Lake Norman, offering a large fenced area for dogs with a separate section for small dogs. The park is a little rundown with some bare dirt areas, and it might not be ideal after heavy rain. Children under 12 are not allowed inside the fenced dog area, which some visitors find unusual. The lake area does not seem to have a designated dog-friendly water spot, although dogs often have fun around the park. There is a select group of owners who let their reactive dogs bully the others. I’ve had to pull their dogs off of mine without them anywhere In sight. I wish there was a way to report them. It’s only a couple people that really have ruined it for the majority.

This is a nice facility but a little rundown. There are lots of shade trees and benches but there is also a lot of bare dirt. Probably not a place to go after a recent rainfall! BTW - Children under 12 are not allowed inside the dog park fence, which I thought was unusual!

Great park. We liked it alot. We did not see a dog friendly place for them to get in the lake. Possibly we missed something with all the lake pictures? Our dogs had fun
