Had a really great, very positive experience at the dealership. I really appreciate Steven who really helped me out throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. The other staff who helped me were also very friendly and helpful.

There were about four different prices for a Palisades. One online. A second price on the vehicle sticker. A third handwritten price on another sticker. A fourth price when talking numbers inside to purchase. I liked how the sales person let us drive car without him. That was nice. I was ready to purchase a new Palisades. But was turned off by the numerous prices and mandatory packages.

Service acts like they don't want to be there, I went in to have a ton of work done , 3 days later they handed me a bill for 600 , when all they did was an oil change. Tried to call ,tried to connect t with someone , no call back no email . My brakes were never changed, fluids never filled , wanted brighter lights ,they never changed the factory lights , asked for a donut in the trunk, spare tire was never put in . The service saw they did an oil change and recall ,but still came up with a 600 bill. Nope not the place for me

The dealership took good care of me start to finish. It was a lengthy job but they stayed in touch and kept me up to date.Bringing my car back again and I know that it will be just as good of an experience!!Thanks Lake Norman Hyundai!!

The service was amazing! Mike was so sweet and helpful! Great employee! They treat you like family. Everyone there is helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend getting a vehicle from them.

Had such a good experience purchasing my new car here. The owner Cam, manager Jeremy, and salesman Mark treated me like family and worked hard so I could get the car I wanted. I am so happy I chose to come to this location. 10/10 would recommend!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Lake Norman Hyundai. The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Macy and Jake, were incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. They genuinely cared and didn't push unnecessary sales. The service was quick, and the waiting room provided comfort, along with affordable snacks. Highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and customer-focused approach.

Orlando was so patient and kind and helpful with my whole trade-in process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. We test drove a few vehicles and once I found the one and the right color it was done deal. He worked so very hard to get me the best deal and awesome incentives. So I would highly recommend going to see and work with Orlando Hall.

Jason Heath was our salesman and remained our sales person for the month or so that it took us to decide on what we wanted. He did a great job and was definitely low key in his sales approach which gave us room to decide without the normal pressure that exists at car dealers today. Big John was also helpful in professionally navigating the finance and extended warranty forest.

We replaced our Kona with a Tuscon. The sales department was very efficient, the financing side not so much. It took them forever to enter anything into their new system which I get . But somehow they created 2 contracts which makes it impossible to get service at another dealer which is a problem since we split our time between two locations.Trying to correct this has been a nightmare. We finally got Jeremy, a manager, on the phone who told us they had corrected this and for our Florida servicing department to call Hyundai Finance and d find the person they supposedly corrected the issue with. He was unwilling to take ownership and see the problem through.I hope the owner reads their reviews and realizes how much good will is lost because of his teams poor training on systems and his leaderships unwillingness to take ownership and fix the problem. Passing the buck to the owner and a different dealer is not "fixing" anything.

I arrived to my appointment an hour early.....they were able to accommodate me.Orlando and Macy went above and beyond. Sean was Awesome too... I had been there awhile. So, it was nice that they continued to check up on me to see if I needed anything. They even offered me some of their potluck dinner. That meant alot... Top Notch Service Thank You

The service dept. JAKE AND JASON are the best. They're there for you in time of need and their personality's are fantastic. They explain to you the problem and take great care of the situation for sure. I would recommend highly. I thank you gentlemen for being you. I had a great experience at Lake Norman Hyundai. Jake went out of his way to make sure I got top service and all resolved all my issues. He paid attention to details and communicated with me every step of the way. I had brake work and flush, trans flush and 2 recall issues. Excellent work!! Thank you!
