Excellent service provided by Tyler Calvin. My Infiniti needed service and Tyler took care of everything. All of my questions were answered. He was very thorough and understanding and came up with most valuable solutions. Tyler Calven also gave me a beautiful loaner car while my vehicle was being service. He was super compassionate and thoughtful and did everything with a smile.Super grateful and appreciative and honored to have worked with him on my service journey. I bought a car from this dealership several month ago. At the time when I was getting a car noticed that engine has little oil spots. Sales person told me if you noticed more oil leak come back and we take care of it. In several days noticed oil leaking from engine . Came back to check car with their technician, after inspection I was told "yes it leaks but nothing they can do". After debating and standing my ground I was offered to perches a warranty and in this case I can open claim and fixed leak. This offer was absolutely ludicrous and I could not believe them any more.As a matter of fact I have similar problem years ago with different dealership and a problem was fixed. But those guys just don't care, they a liars!

Worst customer experience in my entire life. A same day trade was sold without being serviced and I have contacted this dealership several times. As today, headlight is out, no one checked the fluids in the car. There is more but the moral of this story dont buy anything from this dealership that has been traded with property being serviced ****** learned. I would not give a star if there was an option.

Be aware. Had oil change, filter and tire rotation. $500+ I had over inflated one of my tires. I didn't notice until I was on my way home. That tire was in the same place. It was not rotated. I filled out the survey explaining I was charged for something they didn't do and never heard anything from them.

We took our car to Lake Norman Infiniti on Tuesday August16 because they offered to buy it at what we were asking . When we got there we talked to Tristan . He filled out all the paperwork then left the room and we thought he was going to get our check for our car . When he returned he said our check would be mailed to us and we would get it in about 3 days . When the check never came , I called him and he went to see if it had been mailed and it had not . That was on Friday August 19 so he told us they would mail it that day. Today is Wednesday August 24 and still no check .

I brought my Infinity in for the dealership to buy. They were very excited to work with me and gave me a number that at first my husband wasn't happy with. After doing further research we discovered that they gave us a fair number so we reached out to let them know we were still interested can we come back to make a deal, they said sure that would be great. When I get there Jalen looked me in the eye and told me that he never gave me that quote and came in at a ridiculous number. Completely wasted mine and my husbands time, and they completely lied to us. I have bought two cars from them but that will be the last

Overall great experience! Jason carefully checked my Avalanche bumper to bumper, took pictures and gave a detailed list of items for repair. He explained each one as I read through the list and began the job only after I approved the items! My Avalanche rides like a dream again and also improved gas mileage! Went there yesterday to try to buy a car. Jared, the salesman, lies to us about the car it's self, when it would be ready, etc. when we went to sign paperwork, he was so pushy and rude we withdrew the sale and he began to berate myself and my boyfriend. He cursed us out under his breath and RAN, hiding around the corner peaking at us like a child until his manager came to speak to us. The manager didn't seem surprised, I guess this is norma behavior for Jared.. if you want to buy a car from grown folks, go somewhere else, the salesmen are busy playing hide and seek..

I have to say our experience today at Lake Norman Infinity was excellent. I had my doubts waking onto the lot, especially after my experience at Keffer Mazda the day before. The salesman, Kobe, immediately put my wife and I at ease and made the entire experience painless. Yes, painless. They guy was professional and took a consultative approach avoiding canned comments such as "what can I do to get you in this car" or "where do you want your payments at." Instead, he asked some easy questions and gave us the keys to go for a test drive, by ourselves. Upon returning, he maintained that same professionalism, never pushing, at least by my standards, and asked the right questions to qualify us such as "do you have a trade in" and "will you be financing." We left without purchasing a vehicle and he maintained the same level of professionalism. It's likely we will be purchasing a vehicle from him and I will follow up with that experience. If you call, ask for Kobe. The guy is solid and understands what it means to be a consumer in a field that is full of terrible, fly by night salesman.

We took my mom’s QX60 to get it serviced. They found several things that needed attention, but immediately understood when I told them we had to figure out the finances before we could complete the repairs. There was ZERO pressure to spend more money that is so prevalent in dealership service departments nowadays. Shout out to Kelvin because he caught a mistake I made on the message where I agreed to the work being done because he knew I checked the wrong thing and didn’t use it to charge us more. Integrity is in very short supply these days. This service department has it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
