Was in need of a part for the tower on my 2015 SeaRay 250 SLX. Carlton was very helpful and unlike customer service most of the time these days, he followed up on the delivery of the part and let me know when UPS would deliver. UPS did on the day he told me it would. Thanks, Carlton!
