Today was my first time using Matt's Carpet Care and I could not be happier! Dennis the technician was AMAZING! He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! He walked me through every step of the process and was very informative. I had my three bedrooms, den, stairs and two rugs steam cleaned. Great quality work and VERY affordable. I am very pleased with how my carpet and rugs look after being cleaned. I will be using again in the future for sure!

Excellent work all around. Dennis explained what he would be doing throughout the process, cautioned us about slipping, asked questions about traffic areas and thoroughly cleaned up before he left. This is my go to carpet cleaning company.

Dennis and Nick removed two pet stains we had in our brand new carpet. We’ve used Lillards 4-5 times over the last couple years for carpet and furniture cleaning and they are consistently professional, knowledgeable and do an excellent job. Dennis also helped us a few months ago when we moved into our house. Both Dennis and Nick do an amazing job, we appreciate their help!

Matt’s Carpet Care was a breeze when booking, very quick to respond, and was available at a somewhat last minute date and time. The tech sent out was Dennis and he did a fantastic job on both the carpets and the large sectional that was cleaned (cushions are drying in a different place then pictured). I was given a prompt arrival time with a courtesy call before arrival. Dennis was also very friendly, informative, and professional. Dennis is AMAZING!!! He cleaned two homes for me. We have 4 dogs and three kids (along with many kid friends) that are let’s say not the cleanest. Dennis got up pee, feces, gum, makeup and many old stains! Still can’t believe how dirty the carpets were. I can’t thank him enough!
