Would not recommend the service department. Scheduled an appointment was ignored by multiple people when I pulled up for my appointment. A new person came along and they were waited on. I backed my car up pulled it to the side and went inside. No one helped me there either but they were busy. I just decided to leave and say nothing but someone followed me out asking if they could help. I explained to this very nice person the two people who ignored me sucked and I wa never coming back..I've had issues here before. I later got a call from the person I scheduled with..guessing because I was a no show and explained what happened and that I didn't want follow up I just wasn't going there anymore no biggie. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone from the Daniel the service manager who kinda sorta accused me of lying because he had watched the cameras...I told him off and hung up...it's too bad I didn't get the attention while I was there to spend money vs after. I've been going there for quite a few years and this is now the 3rd time it's been drama. I don't need to be accused of lying to boot. The cameras show me sitting in my car while a service advisor April ignores me even though myself and my car were maybe 10 ft away from her. There was also a man working as well who waited on someone who pulled up after me. I don't care it's no big deal but I'm not a liar. I think the service manager has a really messed up attitude the last time I was there they tried charging me 80 dollar per lightbulb...I need 3. His response was well we can charge whatever we want...then charged me 5 dollars later because I refused to pay that to pass an inspection. I'll be going elsewhere from now on and suggest you avoid the drama here too!

After dropping our car off and waiting for over three hours, a very rude lady came out and said the repair of a defective park lock would cost over $1000, but they couldn't do the repair for three to five days.
She also said the brakes on the car are not working, but they didn't have time to look at it. When we drove the car in the brakes were fine. I couldn't believe she was handing me the keys to our car, while telling me it wasn't safe to drive.
When we got in the car it was obvious they did nothing. The shift panels weren't removed. The interior hadn't been touched. Without even looking they decided we needed a whole new shift assembly.
THe visit was a complete waste of our time. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service and treatment we received. I thought taking the car to Nissan was a sure way to get my car fixed the right way. I was very wrong.

Always courteous, timely, and professional. Does not feel like an auto center, more like a visit to a hotel lobby......Highly recommend.

The mechanic was very straightforward and transparent about what my car needs now and what it will need in the future, which I appreciated

2nd and Final update:
I have waited to update this post because I was so mad I wanted to calm down before I wrote the final review. We purchased this vehicle in February and it has been a disaster with the dealership from day one.
First- The button that pushed in that the dealership said was $300 and the would "half the cost" with me, my neighbor fixed for free in 2 minutes.
Had to go in after 30 days because we still had not received our tag, while there I let them know that we were told that when we purchased the vehicle that it had just had an oil change, new brakes, and new rotors. My oil light was already on and my brakes were squeaking. They agreed to give me a free oil change and told me to bring the car in so they could check the brakes. After dropping off for service the service manager called to say nothing was wrong with the brakes, but they would replace them anyway....guess what...brakes no longer squeak.
After 60 days I have to return once again, because we STILL have not received our tag. Call them, they tell me to come down for another tag. Drive down to the dealership for the manager to tell me she's not going to give me another tag because THEIR finance manager didn't charge us enough tax when we purchased the vehicle and they would not be getting us a tag until we paid them $1200. My question is, what if we didn't have the extra money??? We paid them, simply because we just wanted our tag. At this point I start asking to talk to the General Manager...of course he's not there...and EVERYTIME I call he was "Out of the country" "Sick" "it was his day off" "he is here, but we are unable to locate him" etc etc etc. It is now August, still have not heard back from the GM. We finally had to go to the tag office ourself because it was now month 4 and still no tag.
I understand people get busy, but when you have a customer that has had MULTIPLE problems with your dealership you would think you would find time. I would still like to discuss this $1200 with Jason, if he can ever find time in his busy schedule for a customer.

Luis Gutierrez made the experience of buying a car so easy and not time consuming, he has exceeded my expectations and will highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car.
Modern had the inventory and very impressive price point.
Will be back!

Chris Bayers was an excellent salesperson. He was thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. The finance guy was very arrogant and insulting. If I didn’t like Chris so much I would have walked out.

The only good thing about this place is Shavodney. She has done her best to help us through this whole process and gone out of her way to check in and see how things are going. I got a car just barely two months ago and had to bring it in two times already with problems that could have been dealt with quickly is the team was organized. I call and call and call and no one answers and they barely return voicemails. Everyone is telling me different things about the car and say they “are going to take care of us” but does not seem to be the case. I never write reviews but I would not recommend going here, but if you do work with Shavodney.

Love my new car! It was my first time buying a new car and wasn’t sure about he whole process. I was walked through everything step by step with them patiently answering all my questions; making sure I understood as we went.

If you buy a vehicle from here, ask for Perry Flythe. He is an honest, genuine guy, which is hard to come by for car salesman. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. We got there at 5:30 and didn’t leave until about 9:30, but he stuck with us the entire way and even offered to help us get the things out of our trade in vehicle even at 9:30pm. They close at 8pm. Again, Mr. Flythe, we appreciate you more than you know. Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle.

Fit me in for one problem and performed assorted needed maintenance at the same time. Provided a loaner as the service required ordering a part and I was able to pick my car up the next day. Everything was easy and well done. My dirty car was even vacuumed when I picked it up. Tom was great to work with.
