I had such an easy and painless experience buying my first car at Nissan. I walked in around 2 and test drove three cars and was out by 6pm with a new car that exceeded my expectations.

Dropped off for an oil change. I was due for a tire rotation and didn't know it so they took care of that for me also because I have the maintenance package. They had my car finish well before I expected it. They are always so efficient and everyone is so friendly. I was dropping my car off and didn't know they weren't even open yet, but Tom took care of me and checked my car in so I didn't have to wait.

I purchased a certified preowned Nissan from this dealership yesterday. I’m extremely pleased by my experience. Christian, my salesman, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Their entire sales crew gave me a goodexperience. Their finance manager, Johnny, was able to get me financing below what my own bank was offering. These folks are pretty straightforward; They are firm bargainers…… but you will find that their sticker prices are typically below Kelley Blue Book; especially for used cars. They are a fair and a very on-the-level business to deal with. I definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new or certified preowned vehicle.

It was a very good experience at this showroom. The salesperson Brian was immensely warm and welcoming and as well his female manager. Brian helped me in buying the car with a good deal. He has a very good demeanor and so much of patience with customers which makes you give referrals and as well be a repeat customer of his. Thank you Brian for getting me my Nissan Pathfinder.

Taryn & Phil (Finance manager and salesman respectively)Leaving a good review is not enough to express my appreciation and how you two are not the typical personalities I've come across when dealing with individuals in your industry. You two are different!For anyone that is contemplating a visit to this dealership, i would call in advance to see if those two will be there. I don't want to go into detail about what they did for us because it was so amazing that I have to give the credit to God. However God used those two individuals to make a significant impact on the turnout of our transaction. God uses angels to benefit others. I have purchased many cars... so I'm not speaking from a young persons perspective that is excited about a new car. In fact the car isn't mine its my daughter's.... point is, I have left dealerships after purchasing cars and have felt like I was hustled to the point where I'm asking myself, what did I just do. However, I left there today asking myself what did they just do, why would a car salesman and finance manager go out there way for us the way they did. I mean there was no back in forth negotiations everything I asked for on my daughter's behalf was granted. This was the 3rd dealership we visited so I'm quite aware of the great benefit that was afforded to us by this dynamic duo. My apologies for writing so much there is actually more id like to say but I feel like they would get in trouble for dealing with us on such an angelic level. Go check these two out if you want a unique car buying experience. Last thing I do think I'm special and I truly don't see how rhey can treat everyone as well as they treated me. I met with Christian Marge to discuss that I wanted to purchase a car. He is such a great salesman, he asked for my current situation to understand my needs and immediately suggested the Sentra which I didn’t even know I wanted but it was the best decision ever, all thanks to him!! He maintains amazing communication and has always assisted me when I had any questions regarding the car before and after the purchase. 10/10 would recommend him to any friend who wants to visit Modern Nissan.

The shopping experience was good, but waited a while before anyone came to talk to us. Not a huge problem, since it gave us time to look around. Many of the features available on lower models from the Nissan website were only on the premium packages on the lot. Took a lot of back & forth to get them to the same as the trade in offers I already had from their competitors. Still happy with the purchase, though!

I had an air sensor issue and Tom was amazing! I had just gotten an oil change there the day before and they were quick to get me in get the part we needed and get me out the door! Great team and service!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Once you sign the dotted line, good luck in dealing with them. Incompetence from ownership on down. 1st graders communicate better than Nissan. They do not care about their customers. Tell them what's wrong and they fix something else. You wait and wait and wait for a response only to hear something a week later. Best part: Wait for an "expert" to look at your car. Refuses to come on a Saturday. Refuses to come at night. Finally make an appt and this so called "expert" does a video chat when he's supposed to be PHYSICALLY checking the car. Don't bother with headquarters in Tennessee either. You're lucky if they're not playing golf because they will only contact you once or twice a week, no matter how quickly you respond to them. My advice: any car but a Nissan. STAY FAR AWAY!

Daniel was AWESOME AND VERY UNDERSTANDING, PROFFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. He came in on his day off just to make sure my transaction went smoothly. I utterly respect him for that. He went above and beyond to get my claim approved so he could get me back in my car as fast as possible. Thank you, so much for that.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We went looking for a used car for my sister. Brian was our salesperson. He was kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped my sister find the right Nissan Rogue. We went in looking at used Rogues and walked out with a new one. Also, the finance manger (John I believe was his name) was super friendly and got us a great deal on a new Rogue.

They’re all extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I had a somewhat major service done on my car and they got it done the same day and faster than they quoted me! April was my service advisor and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for me and it felt as though I was just taking my car to a friends shop. I will never take my car to any other dealership!!!

Bought a jeep in January and we were told that they had just replaced the battery. It’s been six months and the engine is cutting off while driving it.(has happened 7 times now) took it to their service because we got the warranty and we were told that its the battery and its a “special battery” that costs $431. Same battery costs $230 at advanced auto parts but okay I know dealerships jack up prices. Oh and of course that’s not covered under their warranty despite the fact that it was a selling point that they had just replaced it. We were told we wouldn’t be charged for having them look at it and they still charged us $20 on top of the rental fee. So we paid almost $200 for our car to still cut off on us while we drive. Warranty is useless I guess. Had somebody else check out the battery and they said it was fine I guess the service department just didn’t want to do their jobs. Either way I’m stuck with a car that just decides to cut off whenever and I’m going to have to pay somebody else more to fix a problem they should’ve handled. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible! That's the only way to categorize my visit. We traveled 4 hours to pick up a used car we'd found on-line. Promised the car would be ready and it wasn't. Took over 4 hours to get everything nearly fixed. Some small items still undone so they discounted the car a little more. Obviously they knew we weren't likely to be repeat customers given how far away we lived and they treated us like they didn't give a rip whether we were satisfied or not. Jackie, the receptionist was very pleasant as was Tayrn Bordanaro a sales manager (not the one we were dealing with). Outside of those two, the rest of the staff acted like with were an interruption to their day. They kept blaming our delay on the fact the parts were late arriving at the dealership. The fact is, they put the car up for sale knowing it needed these parts. Further, we could have delayed our trip a couple days if they needed more time, but they didn't even offer that as a possibility. My suggestion is avoid this dealership!
