Jonathan treated my 2 furbabies like his own. He is excellent with handling very spoiled, very unhappy-for-being-bathed large dogs. We laughed at how vocal my 2 girls were about being separated, bathed, nails trimmed, etc. Jonathan remained calm and gentle with my furkids throughout their funny tantrums & i cannot express how much I appreciate his care with them. They were so nice & fluffy clean when I picked them up. If Jonathan bathes or grooms your dogs, i recommend giving him a BIG tip - he is one of the best I have found in the 9 years of raising my girls.

It's was ok. The guy took good care of my baby, but the girl who worked there was racist and didn't want to wait on black people and was real nasty that I would never go back to that place

It’s a Pet Store. They didn’t havewhat I needed but I found other things to replace the things I thought I needed. However the food was a necessity that they didn’t have. But 5 stars just for effort and having fun squeeze toys.

We took our two Goldendoodles here for grooming and they did a fantastic job! They offer great grooming packages and are super friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Normally I have the greatest experience in this location. I purchased crickets today, the box says 25-30 small/ medium crickets and there were 7 crickets in the box. Very disappointing for $4.92 a box. Will have to drive the extra mileage to go to ape to to get loose live crickets.

Had a horrible experience here for grooming. Our labradoodle who has a lot of energy, has been going here for over a year with no issues. (2 years at AZ Pet Smart when we lived there). She was booked with Cera, who is awesome. But we got moved to Paige bc Cera broke her foot. Paige is awful. Just cuts your dog however she wants. Cut our labradoodles tail to look like a lions tail without asking. Then called me for pick up to tell me I should really take our dog elsewhere bc she was barking.... I was super upset. When I got there the girl at the desk was just as unpleasant and told me all the dogs were barking today. WTF. My husband worked at corporate for 2 years. This is why we go here. I'm sure they wouldn't be happy to know miserable employees tell people not to come back. Our dog has a lot of energy but that's it. Loves other dogs and people. Do not go here for grooming. Our dog didn't act like got about a week after she came back. Makes me wonder how they treated her. Just awful.
