The staff, especially Laura in business banking, are great! They are cashless, so it is a learning curve for some to adjust. Personally I think using the atm for cash/check deposits is easier and more efficient than filling out deposit slips with a teller. If I could give one recommendation it would be to install the outdoor atm in the drive thru that isn’t currently being utilized.

This place should not even be advertised as a bank. You can’t cash a check, take out cash from your account (which I will never have at this place) or really anything to do with cash because this bank DOES NOT CARRY ANY CASH!!! The people inside were rude and dismissive. I would give negative stars if I could.

Attempted to resolve issue with automated payment at this branch after multiple calls to PNC customer service. Branch specialist could not solve while I was there. I had to follow-up two days later only to be told they could not solve the issue. I would not recommend PNC mortgage to anyone.

Staff have always been friendly to me and welcoming. I do a lot of business as well as personal with PNC. No complaints.

A long-time client, before it went through all the different name changes. Went in several months ago as I needed to deposit a check and was told by the "greeter" that I could use the ATM for that. She was not at all nice. I do not care for the process of telling the "greeter" what I need and then being directed. Sorry to have bothered her.

The service I received from Lamont was superb. I came into this branch not so happy after spending a nightmarish two hours on the phone with PNC customer service trying to get a wire transfer completed. He completed this transfer for me in a matter of minutes. Should've started out here from the beginning. Lamont saved the day. This man deserves a raise!

The service from Edward is horrible based on his lack of respect for the customer I am going to look for another bank. Today I went in and spoke to Donna Williams the Branch Manager and I was reassured that she would look into this matter and try to do what she could to keep my business.Thank You Donna .

I have been to this branch in Cornelius several times. The service from Edward in banking is terrible. He never has the information requested and is very rude. I hate going in there for my banking. I went uptown instead. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst bank ever. Have a business account there, which we set up while living in DC. Can't tell you the number of times I've gone in for something specific and been told the wait is an hour. This week I went in to get a document notarized and guess what? An hour wait! They have three people in the branch and only one is a notary?! How hard is it to get a notary license? Until recently, their ATM was out of order regularly. I went to get a check to close on a house and was told I'd have to wait an hour. Will be changing banks.

The customer service used to be good until they got new people from other branch, spoke to someone about personal loans, got 3 different answers each time i spoke with someone. And got very rude attitude from Harold after I told him I got inconsistent answers from tellers for personal loans. So riddle with me, the financial consultant Rob from University Branch told me with an unsecured personal loan, it doesn't have to be 5000 dollars minimum to loan, it can start from 2000 dollars as minimum loan(for PNC customers i guess), and Harold failed to mention it to me, and he had to look up the web and kept telling me I had to borrow 5000 dollar minimum for unsecured personal loan. And Harold had the nerve to ask me are you sure you spoke with PNC bank like I was a r****** I had to drive back to University branch to confirm with ROB about unsecured personal loans. Next time I stopped in, Heather helped me with the personal loan, and when I explained the situation, she told me that person I talked to must be new, minimum unsecured personal loan amount has to be 5000 dollars, BUT she went ahead and requested to reduce my 5000 dollar loan request to 3000 dollars. IF ROB WAS LYING TO ME, WHY THE HECK WERE YOU ABLE TO REDUCE MY PERSONAL LOAN AMOUNT?!! And when I got the information about interest rate after approval, i told Heather I need to think about it, and will come back if I decided to close the loan. She rudely told me I HAD 2 OTHER APPOINTMENTS, YOU CAN GO TO OTHER BRANCH TO CLOSE THE LOAN. And no goodbye or nothing, she just watched me walking out of her office. WOW. What an outstanding customer service! Did not complaint about it since Harold is manager and he probably doesn't care about my concern anyway.
