I did about 11 soccer jerseys name number and logo they did a great job at a fair price. Robert and Jones were great ! I would recommend them !

Great service. I ordered a custom sweatshirt for my daughter, however it use too big, but the staff was so nice and helpful - even though it was 100% my fault.

I still have to pickup our order, but I couldn't help but leave a review beforehand. Some may say it isn't wise, but I have been impressed by the customer service Valerie at PromoThreads has give me. From my thousands of questions, to last minute changes, she handled them professionally and with kindness. Customer service is what will keep or deter me from a business etc. I am happy to say that PromoThreads is great and I am certain that when I do pick up the order for our company's softball team, I will be happy with it.

Unfortunately in my original order I received an incorrect item. The team at promothreads was great at communicating with me their plan to send me the correct product. There was a slight delay with my replacement order, and for the delay, the PromoThreads included two extra shirts, totally free of cost. I really appreciate the helpfulness of everyone that I worked with and their willingness to go above an beyond to resolve a minor mishap.

I ordered 50 shirts that came in a color that looked completely different than the mockup. This was no fault of Promothreads as they were using the mockup from the manufacturer. I approved the mockup based on what I reviewed. The color of the shirts arrived completely different which made my logo almost invisible.I agreed to pay for a new order, however, Promothreads agreed to place a new order at no charge to me. I was not asking for this as I do not believe the presented color was their fault.Bottom line, despite taking a financial hit (I assume) they did the right thing to make a customer happy.They're good people, do business with them.
