I have been with Regions for over 20 years. First started with them when we moved to Florida. Never a problem, always helpful and very welcoming. Kept my account when I moved to NC four years ago. Today, I stopped in the Cornelius branch. Again, extremely helpful and welcoming. I'll never change to any other bank!

This bank doesn’t even deserve a 1 star let me just first off by saying I’ve never experienced such a horrible service in my life!!!!! First off the Gay guy working at the front is just horrible and I say gay because I don’t his name but he was just completely rude and so distasteful when working in such a professional environment. 2nd Allison had the audacity to call me up and be so rude and mean. She told me every appointment I scheduled would be cancelled. The place is disgusting and you need to hire more professional workers. I honestly open that that bank closes you don’t treat people like that

The absolute worst bank in history, nothing but problems since I opened the account. How I have a hold on and IRS TAX check. I do not understand. I drove thru the teller and she did not even tell me the check would be on hold. This is probably the easiest check to verify. It is the IRS for god sake. I am leaving the continent 3 days after they are making my funds available. I can't even finish properly preparing for my trip and now and I have no idea what to do. I was told on the chat app that my funds would be available by 2 different bankers at 6am the next day. And hour later the check is on hold. I drove and hour to deposit this check. I had to cancel an important appointment today. I plan on making other Official complaints today with OIG, FDIC, FTC, FCC (and anyone else) certainly due to the information that was told to me.

More difficult to conduct business than any other bank I have used. I have to make a 3 hour round trip to be in person for a 5 second update to my account. Only so I can go through a sales pitch for products and services. If you can’t take care of my current needs I’m not going to put additional money into your bank.

UPDATE: Just when I think it doesn't get any worse....they have $1400 of my money, and claim they have no record of my account. Then, they said "While we have you, do you have a minute to discuss your future borrowing goals?".SERIOUSLY?!?!??!?!!?!?!?! Filing a complaint.This branch treats all young folks as criminals. I am a 30 year old entrepreneur. I HAD all my business and personal accounts at Regions. I was moving around $50k PER MONTH through my accounts. I was a very good customer.Regions constantly made me show ID to make a deposit, question my ID, and then they would get a manager, to question my ID. Like I'm a criminal. They would then try to hold my checks for WEEKS. One buffoon employee tried to tell me it was Regions policy to HOLD MY CASH DEPOSIT.Don't bank here. Do not trust these folks with your money.

This is a terrible bank! They refused to give me the new account bonus that I was told that I was eligible for. The people who work here are untrained and disorganized. I lost $450(which I was promised) and received nothing but apologies.
