I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the technician from Shared Resources Technology Solutions who came to my house today. I was having a persistent and frustrating issue with my AT&T equipment, and after struggling with it for a while, I decided to call in the experts.

They quickly and efficiently began troubleshooting the problem, meticulously checking each component of my setup. Their diagnostic skills were truly top-notch. I cannot recommend James from Shared Resources enough! Our office was facing incredibly frustrating internet issues on one of our primary business computers – we couldn't access several crucial websites, and our throughput speed was shockingly slow, capped at 100 Mbps instead of the speed we pay for. This was severely impacting our productivity.
Recognizing our pain, he took a break from other service requests, bicycled to our office was absolutely brilliant. He quickly and methodically diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a complex and sneaky issue: a rogue DHCP router had somehow found its way onto our network! Not only that, but he also pinpointed that our primary business computer's speed was being throttled to 100 Mbps due to a connected VoIP telephone, a detail that had completely eluded us.
His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. He didn't just fix the immediate problem; he dove deep to identify the root causes of our network woes. Our internet is now stable, faster, and all our computers are working perfectly. This technician saved us so much time, stress, and potential loss of business.
