Great experience there today. The gentleman working, receipt says Daniel, was incredibly helpful and seemed to care more about my painting than I did. After doing the job I am glad he did! Great advice and he even saved me some money. Will definitely return for future painting needs.

Bought a $50 gallon of flat white ceiling paint. Picked it up and the clerk asked me if I wanted it tinted. I agreed. Upon applying paint, it was the exact same color as the wall. I called the store and explained and they only offered me 40% off my next gallon. Told them I wanted another gallon as this is not what I ordered. They said they would look into it and call me back. No callback. Save your money and buy from Homedepot or Lowes

Needed some exterior paint color matched and mixed. I took a small sample I peeled from one of the beams I was painting to the store with me and the guy was able to match it perfectly, DEAD ON!!! color match... Needless to say I am very happy with the people at this store and highly recommend this location especially if ur needing to match existing paint color.

This store is completely incompetent, They could not even match their own paint from an earlier purchase and were not helpful in any way to resolve the problem. I went to Benjamin Moore in Cornelius and problem was solved in minutes. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I always have a great experience at this store. During my latest visit, Kelly did a great job helping me figure out what I needed for my project and match my paint from 6 yrs ago. She was knowledgeable and professional!

I ran into a problem painting a bathroom. I went to the store and Wilson waited on me. He was excellent. He was very patient as I explained my problem. He listened then asked questions so he could determine a proper solution. We decided on the best way to solve my situation. It worked. I couldn’t be happier. The other employees I worked with were Dan and Kelly and they were all very kind and professional. I feel this is a great store with dedicated employees and a great resource.

DAN you are the MAN! This review particularly has to do with the astounding, professional and friendly help I received from DAN at Sherwin Williams. It is not my first time here, but it was the first time in a while. DAN helped me on the phone and in the store to meet all of my painting needs for a small project. I can say this--customer service could not possibly be better. I would hire DAN for any business if I was looking for someone who exemplifies great customer service. My experience could not have been any better!!!!
