Do a lot of business with this branch. Friendly employee's, professional, and reliable. I really didn't want to do this review, because employee's are not at fault.DON'T USE the ATM at this LOCATION. I ve seen this ATM break at least 3 occasions. I withdrew $280, and the ATM DID NOT disburse my cash ($280) ,but it took $$ out of my account from a different bank. I was trying to pay SECU a payment with the money. I reported it to SECU promptly, and they said I need to file a dispute with my other credit union. So I had to ride to other credit union and was told the dispute could take 10 days or even weeks. I feel this is so unfair to a credit union member (myself) in good standing. I had to juggle funds in order to pay SECU my mortgage. Never use this ATM or you may be in my situation. Not cool. ?

This is the only SECU that doesn't have very good customer service. I've been a member for over 15 years and they surely don't act like it. It seems they never do anything the way I'm asking and just don't care. I have seen the manager there in action and see that it all starts at the top. All the other branches do a much better job and actually listen to the customers request.

I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 15 years. I used SECU in numerous parts of the state and they were all great. I made the mistake of using this branch. The manager nor employees do not care about their members or helping members. If you do not have the money they do not have the time. Closing all accounts today. Stay clear

The tellers etc. are very nice and helpful. The dweeb that is the branch manager is arrogant rude and condescending. Go to another bank or different branch you will be treated better!

Do not use this branch! I have had several problems with the slow service, slow atm and them taking days to clear transferred funds. It's ridiculous.
