Worst sales experience with this store. This young guy could care less whether I purchased a mattress or not. He did not even take the time to explain the benefits of any of those on display. CR got it wrong with this particular store.

Really cool company selling their own mattresses direct from their own factory. Not the cheapest on the market, but way less expensive than the S-brands for the highest quality.

The associate was VERY knowledgeable and communicated herself very well. She made sure I had an opportunity to look at every option available before making my final decision. She let me know my order would be coming straight from the manufacturing plant to the store. I t arrived just as she said it would. Had it for 4 days now and very pleased with my purchase.

A really great product. Our really expensive two year old Beautyrest mattress was falling apart and my back was killing me. We went to the Huntersville store on the recommendation of our daughter. Leah showed us in the inside components of mattress construction. Quite a difference when you see what is inside.

Leah showed us in the inside components of mattress construction. Quite a difference when you see what is inside. We got a really great mattress from OMF at half the price that we paid for the brand name. We love it and I am getting a good nights sleep.
