Kevin was straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He honored the price and trade-in value we had agreed on, had everything ready when I arrived, and there were no last-minute surprises or pressure to purchase anything extra.
The Pacifica was exactly as described, and the whole transaction was much quicker and easier than dealing with a large dealership. “Took my truck in to have my moon roof looked at, price quote was way over what I wanted to spend to have it fixed. This is the 3rd time it has been broke. Not the mechanics fault but bad design by Ford. After charging me to repair the leak, brought my vehicle home and noticed that it was not sealed and talked to Chris, it was decided that I should bring it back and have them fix it. The techs looked at it again, this time they said the seals were also bad and that they also needed to be replaced, adding more to the initial cost. After asking why this wasn’t mentioned before when they charged me to make adjustments and get it to seal but not work, because I did not want to pay to have the motor and track replaced for the third time, they have decided to refund me the money from the initial repair or credit me the cost and discount for the big repair. I opted for the refund.
I would recommend buying from this dealership, this is where I purchased my truck from and I am happy with my truck but I would not recommend having the service technicians working on my vehicles.”
