⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Ocean Nails is truly a gem! PJ, the owner, is not only savvy and professional but also incredibly caring and diligent. From start to finish, she gave me the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail is unmatched—every step felt intentional, thoughtful, and precise.
What really stood out was how much PJ cared about the health of my nails. She took the time to teach me what to ask for (and what to avoid) with nail technicians back home so I can keep my nails strong and healthy long after my appointment. That kind of genuine care and education is rare in this industry!
The results were nothing short of amazing—beautifully shaped nails with a flawless, brilliant finish that made me feel polished and sexy. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, Ocean Nails and PJ are the perfect choice. I can’t recommend them enough! 🌊💅

No doubt the best nail place in OBX Duck to Corolla!
Second time coming for a fill and JP does a truly amazing job. I was missing one nail and she had to reshape them. Since I'm not a regular I was charged an additional $10. Surprised but worth it.

We are on vacation and wanted to do something special for my wife on her vacation. Scheduling to accommodate 5 family members went very well. The staff was very friendly. The business was very clean and attractive. This was the first pedicure for some of our party and they were relaxed. I called one day and was able to get in the next.

A lady working today took our call and reservation yesterday for 5-6 pedicures for 4:30. She stated she was very busy so at the end of the call we said if we decide to cancel we will call you back. When we arrived for our appointment this same lady proceded to say we didn't have a reservation and that no she never took our call. After being told we called the wrong place, showing her our call log from the day before and debating that she was wrong she then found our name for the reservation but then proceeded to say that we said we would call back to confirm. So her confusion and miscommunication was gaslit onto our party as if it was our fault so she could try and save face in front of her customers. I instantly had a bad taste in my mouth and couldn't continue since this lady clearly wasnt going to accomodate us. 1 call over to Corolla Nails and they we're able to take us instantly and was more than happy to accomodate. Corolla Nails was also so much more clean and professional so I am glad that I was turned away from Beach Nails.
Update- once again as you can see that the lady responded acting like she was waiting for our call back and when in fact had our names written down for 4:30 when we arrived but only realizing after we fought her on it and went back and forth. Dont be fooled by this womans response that was probably generated by ai because she was not this well spoken when we were in the shop. Good luck with your poor business ethics. Just admit you miscommunicated and stop gaslighting us.

My sister treated me to a mani-pedi for my birthday. We got OPI Madam President on our toes and Baby Take a Vow on our fingers! This is a very nice, clean shop. Not a big commercial shop, so appointments are a MUST. Excellent results! PS if you like soccer, Google “Phoenix Wooten”, whose mom did my mani-pedi! ⚽️

My first time getting my nails done in the Outer Banks and so glad I chose this place! The staff were friendly and thorough - the owner did a fantastic job with my gel mani. I usually do my own gels at home but having them done by a professional is next level! Love the almond shape.
Appointments required - I called on Saturday and scheduled for Tuesday morning.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. But the real highlight of my visit was JP- the incredibly talented and kind-hearted owner who worked her magic on me. 💅✨
