Do not rent from this place. We showed and no one had cleaned. There chicken bones on the floor. The vents had black dust on them. The toilet had a sleeve saying it was sanitized, but there was pee on the seat. We were so sad. We never dealt with this a sun realty and Joe lamb. Never ever again. We have been going to OBX...
