“This Dollar General was unorganized and hard to find things. I was looking for a toothbrush and it took over 10 minutes to find one. The staff was Wonderful and Kind though!!”

3691 Robinwood Rd, Gastonia NC 28054
“Everything was in order. Organized. Clean. Staff was doing what they are there to do. Very attentive and friendly. I can not say the same for a few of the other Dollar Trees around the area. Especially the one on West Franklin Blvd. You wouldn't believe the things I've seen in that store. Beyond unacceptable. And it stinks in that store. Every single time. And I'm not the only one who says that. It's horrible. But Robinwood Rd store is fine.”

“I love this dollar tree as it's in my hometown, but to have a out of order bathroom sign up because you don't want anyone to use the bathroom is a bit much. Otherwise, they always have what I'm looking for.”

“New manager has brought the store a long way. Only complaint is that they never answer the phone. Gas is too expensive to ride to the store just to find out what you want is out of stock or no longer carried. Still has a nice selection of items and staff are friendly.”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jordyn at the Dollar Tree! I've seen her there before and she is always incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet. Today, she went above and beyond for me. | was picking out balloons for my mom and aunt, and she didn't just ring them up. She helped me choose the colors and created a beautiful balloon bouquet out of them. It turned out amazing and really made my day. She took time and care with everything, and you can just tell she enjoys helping people and takes pride in what she does. I don't know if she's the manager, but honestly, if she's not she should be! Employees like Jordan are rare. She definitely deserves recognition (and probably a raise too!). Thank you, Jordyn, for making a simple Dollar Tree run feel so special!”

“Nicole is always very nice and professional on every visit! I appreciate how she ask for you money by saying "May I please have $XX.XX." Unlike most people just tell you your total and NOT ask you for YOUR $$! To me that makes a world of difference on whether I will visit a store in the future. Thanks again Nicole!”

“It was well organized and clean. Casher woman was sweet and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions about the bluetooth headphones that were behind the counter. Kinda wish they were accessable for me to look at for myself. I like to study before purchasing and sometimes take some time to ponder.”

“The employees are very helpful. They are always nice. The store is always clean. The prices are better than any grocery store. If I'm in a hurry and want to pick up something I need, I'll go here. They rarely have long lines. They also have a self check-out register if you're using a credit or debit card. Nice!”

“Was looking for ice trays and couldn't find any. Asked one of the clerks and she took me to them and said there were more up front that were a little bit more expensive $1/$2. Couldn't find the ones up front so another clerk (who was off duty) took me to them. What a nice experience as a consumer. Good job Family Dollar team. ?”

You are there shopping and making a mess. Stop looking for items and making a mess along the way. Always leave a store better than you found it. “Store was clean. Employees were friendly. I appreciated their assistance in locating products close to closing time. Thank you all! I appreciate that the door was locked before and after I entered. They were being safe! It's unfortunate that others did not realize how dangerous that dark Parking lot is at night. I would have thought people saw the police tower? That is a tale tale sign that we need to be vigilant and extremely cautious. God bless those employees. I cannot imagine working there. Let's be kind to them?”

545 Cox Rd, Gastonia NC 28052
“Emma is wonderful! She was the only employee in the store when I was there and was absolutely flooded with customers. The line was down the side aisle and going toward the back of the store. Emma is not in a managerial position so I really felt for her having to run everything by herself. It's disappointing and so frustrating that their management would allow her to run a store alone, especially as a woman and I believe a new employee. Despite the overwhelm, Emma was professional, friendly, and super sweet, and even found the time to save me a few dollars(:”

2206 Union Rd, Gastonia NC 28056
“I came in to family dollar to purchase some things and was greeted by a friendly employee who introduced himself as Devin. Devin along with his co worker Dontay helped me find the things I neeeded. I’m from out of town so the family dollar was set up differently. I was in a rush and didn’t get the opportunity to tell both employees how truly grateful I was for there ability to help me find the things I needed along with there up beat positive attitudes. I appreciate these guys so so very much and I look forward to making a stop here again soon.”

I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year. I would’ve been treeless if it wasn’t for you guys and i truly appreciate it”
