“Everything was in order. Organized. Clean. Staff was doing what they are there to do. Very attentive and friendly. I can not say the same for a few of the other Dollar Trees around the area. Especially the one on West Franklin Blvd. You wouldn't believe the things I've seen in that store. Beyond unacceptable. And it stinks in that store. Every single time. And I'm not the only one who says that. It's horrible. But Robinwood Rd store is fine.”

“New manager has brought the store a long way. Only complaint is that they never answer the phone. Gas is too expensive to ride to the store just to find out what you want is out of stock or no longer carried. Still has a nice selection of items and staff are friendly.”
“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jordyn at the Dollar Tree! I've seen her there before and she is always incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet. Today, she went above and beyond for me. | was picking out balloons for my mom and aunt, and she didn't just ring them up. She helped me choose the colors and created a beautiful balloon bouquet out of them. It turned out amazing and really made my day.
She took time and care with everything, and you can just tell she enjoys helping people and takes pride in what she does. I don't know if she's the manager, but honestly, if she's not she should be! “The employees are very helpful. They are always nice. The store is always clean. The prices are better than any grocery store. If I'm in a hurry and want to pick up something I need, I'll go here. They rarely have long lines. They also have a self check-out register if you're using a credit or debit card. Nice!”

“Emma is wonderful! She was the only employee in the store when I was there and was absolutely flooded with customers. The line was down the side aisle and going toward the back of the store. Emma is not in a managerial position so I really felt for her having to run everything by herself. It's disappointing and so frustrating that their management would allow her to run a store alone, especially as a woman and I believe a new employee. Despite the overwhelm, Emma was professional, friendly, and super sweet, and even found the time to save me a few dollars(:”
“I came in to family dollar to purchase some things and was greeted by a friendly employee who introduced himself as Devin. Devin along with his co worker Dontay helped me find the things I neeeded. I’m from out of town so the family dollar was set up differently. I was in a rush and didn’t get the opportunity to tell both employees how truly grateful I was for there ability to help me find the things I needed along with there up beat positive attitudes. “This is my neighborhood dollar general and i love coming here they are always nice. Recently the manager and staff had a raffle for a free Christmas tree and to my surprise i won. I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year.
