Went to Elite Nails for the first time this morning. Walked in with no appointment for a gel mani & pedi and they quickly accommodated me. Everyone in the salon was a regular and on a first name basis which I thought was pretty cool. The vibes were great and the employees were so friendly and nice. I was in and out in an hour and they did a great job! The only thing I didn’t like is they don’t have the books with all the colors; you have to pick a color from the bottles on the wall.

Been going here since I was 15 years old and I am almost 25 now. They have always been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Michael is typically the one to do my nails and always goes above and beyond for me. They also have some of the best prices in town for the beautiful work that is done!

I was there yesterday for a pedicure and manicure. Upon arriving not one person greeted me. I have been in there several times in the past but am not a REGULAR.I noticed every person that walked in after me was greeted by name. I had made the appointment a week ago. I waited about 5 minutes to be called back. I sat in the chair with my feet soaking for another 40 minutes. I saw everyone that came in after me get service as I sat there. Not one person said anything to me as I waited! I will not be back nor will I recommend them unless they are already a regular because that was their excuse for me waiting so long and they must not need the business because when I told them I wouldn’t be back the worker nor the owner sitting beside her that heard me said a word and did not care. I felt very disappointed and discriminated against! The only thing I wished after talking with others is that I didn’t leave a tip at all in fact I should have received a discount if not free after wasting my time! Never again !

Walked out of this nail salon. had an appointment scheduled for 12. Got there at 11:45, After being told I could come early.
had someone start my nails and then leave to go do another woman’s nails & then when someone came to do my nails 30 minutes later, after my appointment was supposed to start, I was told they don’t have orange or a fine tip brush to do what i wanted done. - Very rude environment. save your time and money

I called for an appointment. The lady told me just to walk-in as they don't allow clients to have one gurl who does their nails. NOT the salon for me.

I'm a guy and go for the Pedi only. They have full service nail stuff and several Pedi chairs. They are a nice close group and they work very well together. I've been going there for about 6 months now and highly recommend them.
