I called for an appointment. The lady told me just to walk-in as they don't allow clients to have one gurl who does their nails. NOT the salon for me.

I'm a guy and go for the Pedi only. They have full service nail stuff and several Pedi chairs. They are a nice close group and they work very well together. I've been going there for about 6 months now and highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon! Rude! Normally I just wait and not come back but at this salon I paid for the work she had done and walked out during the service. Fingers were burning and throbbing. I don't not recommend coming here.

Today I went to Elite Nail in Cramerton for the first time because of friends recommendations. It was about 2:30 when I went in. I was greeted immediately and I asked for a full set with rounded french tips. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and initially the man working there said that he could not do the design I wanted confidently/perfectly and I told him that was okay, if it didn't end up not how I wanted them, then I would do something else. Next, he said I couldn't get the design unless I got gel polish. When I asked why and said I didn't want gel polish, he told me he could do it with regular but it would cost extra. I said that that was completely fine so we began my new set. While he was doing my nails I noticed he was doing them coffin shape and I told him that in the picture they are square. He told me, no they're coffin, and after going back-and-forth a few times I gave in agreed to the shape. He said he would finish shaping them and then let me decide if I still wanted to do square. I told him after he completed them that I did like the shape but I wanted square. Aggravated, he went to get a bowl to soak off my acrylics and while pouring the acetone into the bowl he told I had wasted his time and made him do all that work for nothing. I apologized but he said nothing back. He then left me soaking and began doing another woman's full set. I was still prepared to wait but after 30 minutes my fingertips were starting to burn. I removed my hands and started scrolling on my phone. He said that I needed to keep soaking because the acrylics wouldn't come off yet. I told him that they were burning but he didn't say anything and just insisted that I keep soaking. After an hour it was all I could take so I had to take my hands out again. A lady then came over and told me that since it was now 4:00, they had other appointments and that she would remove the acrylics but after that I had to leave. She was very sweet and told me she understood the disagreement in shape but that they simply wouldn't have time anymore to do my nails. At this point I was totally fine with that because the skin on my hands had begin peeling and I will include pictures. My hands are very raw and the acetone had started eating my skin. We started chatting while she was removing my nails and asked if I had plans tonight. When I told her it was my birthday, everything changed. She told me that she would do my nails for me since it was my birthday and nobody deserves to have their birthday ruined. So she did them. I still paid the full amount plus tip for the work that she did because I appreciated her doing my nails anyways, it's just upsetting that I would've been sent home had it not been for that. I can still barely feel my fingertips. Also, in the pictures, I messed up the polish I didn't leave like that.

I use this salon regularly, every time previous to today, I have been pleased with their service. Part of the pedicure experience is relaxing in the pedi chair. That was not experience today. I had forgotten to select my polish before being seated, after my feet were prepped for polish, I was asked to go and select my polish , I was then told not to return to the reclining pedi chair but to sit on a chair in the mani area and put my foot on a stool , where my pedi was completed. It was awkward and somewhat painful since the angle was not natural and I have a bad knee. They were rushing me through, So they could use the station. I will return, but this Salon needs to understand greeting your customers by name is not enough to win and keep a loyal customer base.Service: Pedicures

Went to Elite Nails for the first time and got pedicure and manicure. Was very pleased. However the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the young lady that gave the pedicure did not say one word to me.
