Woman working may 14 was in a very nasty mood. Maybe it’s her natural tone however, unacceptable to speak to me like that when I clearly was making an experience for my four year old son.
She refused us a stamp we wanted and said we could only buy the one she broke up already and pulled out an unbroken sheet of stamps. If you hate your life and your job, go home.

This small post office is located in a block of buildings overlooking the Catawba River and Goat Island. A perfect spot to send off your post cards and it turns out that yes, I had a few that I have been carting around for a bit. Oops.
There is not a drop off lane and if there is any sort of good weather, you can expect the parking here to be a challenge. They do have a mailbox right in front. Super easy!

I’ve been coming to this post office for years with zero issues. The young lady handling USPS services is always helpful and attentive. She’s not rude—just focused and professional. Some people just like to complain, but I appreciate great service when I see it!

The young lady who is the main window clerk knowledgeable and friendly! I’ve rolled in 5 minutes before closing with several pieces of mail requiring more than “just postage! She is always helpful in suggesting the best method for my mail to be delivered quickly and efficiently! I, too, am appalled by the negative comments. She ALWAYS treats all customers fairly. .

You rarely have to wait in line at this post office and the young lady at the staff (who seemingly handles all the USPS affairs at the location because she is the only staff) is always helpful and attentive. It frustrates me to see poor reviews citing she is rude. She is NOT rude but probably more like me...and introvert. She does the job well and I've been going there years without issue at all. Some people just like to complain I guess.

The main window clerk who’s there six days out of the week who’s been working here for several years is fast and friendly and straight forward. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and is always helpful at suggestions the correct envelopes and packaging I need to mail and shipment for my customers . I’m applaud at the negative comments she treats all customers fair and the same .

The young lady there is excellent. Any one who had a 3 star or less should just go to Fedex. They'll mess your items up.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at the post office. Instead of being helpful and considerate the woman working behind the counter was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Save your time and money and go to a different post office or UPS.

Terrible customer service every time I go. The woman working there is always rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Many times I have gone and they are not open when they are supposed to be.

Terrible experience every time I visit this location. The girl that works there could not be more unfriendly or rude. I do not know how she has a job! If you are that miserable don’t work there.
