This has been the absolute worse storage facility ever! You are never able to reach anyone and never get a call back. I have even had to call the police to get in because they didn't restore my access as I was told. The fees are outrageous and no one is ever willing to help or give you to someone who can.

In a very bad situation where my home flooded, Mistee Scott with Carolina Secure Storage worked diligently with me to get a unit for movers to move my undamaged items into on very short notice. She was kind and compassionate and helped me fill in all the required paperwork.

They went up 20 dollars I’ve only been their 5 months and today it had a stuffy smell and it’s supposed to be ventilated

As someone who is constantly on the road offering mobile drug and DNA testing (Genetics On-The-Go), I needed storage that I could trust with expensive test kits and supplies. This facility is always clean and secure. 5 stars!

The building is clean and easy to navigate within. The only downside is not being able to open both doors or leaving them open when moving in and out.
