My last experience with this pharmacist, Jasmine was my last. Rude pharmacist and I feel bad for the employees who have to work under her. No kind words and just belittling. I understand you are overworked by your organization but you don’t have to take it out on customers who are just trying to get their prescriptions.

Cheyenne is absolutely amazing and sweet. I kept having issues loading money onto my card at 3 other stores and she did it in less than 3 minutes. She makes you feel so welcomed. You need to give that woman a raise!

Pharmacy staff were extremely rude. Had a quick question and was rudely told by Jasmine? to go ask the front desk. I have a bad hip and really didn't need to walk to the front to ask a pharmacy question that the front can't answer. The lady at the front was really nice at check out. Jasmine? is in the wrong job and CVS would be better off letting her know that.
Edited to add that after posting this, I looked through reviews and it looks like Jasmine's name is negatively mentioned often. CVS needs to take a hint and remove this problem employee.

I wanted to take this moment to give a shout out to Cheyenne, representative working at front counter at this CVS location. I have frequently visited this store and have watched this young lady deal with customers on different levels. She is always so professional/knowledgeable in her job and patient with her customers. She always has a smile and kindness attached to the services she renders. People always take the time to post negative comments about companies/facilities and I’m the opposite. I take the time to post the positive situations I witness. They deserve to be appreciated and recognized. Hats off to Cheyenne!

I just came out of surgery with pain and these people are making me wait hours to get my prescription. It's just a 2 day medication. I will be switching pharmacies.

The people are pleasant but they seem to have an inability to get prescriptions right. They’ve screwed mine up as well as those for my pet. Trying to get it fixed is like talking to a wall. I realize they get a lot of people through here but it’s a small town and we have only a few options. They need to be more meticulous.

me, my older sister, and a friend went here to purchase feminine products. we purchased them and my sister brought them to the restroom to use them, then we were followed by a store employee accusing us of stealing them. she showed them her receipt, and she walked away. then my our friend decided to buy chocolate, and we leave the restroom. the worker then proceeds to bring the store manager out and they both follow us around the store, and watch us check out. so unprofessional and unwelcoming. makes me never want to go back.

Jasmine from the pharmacy staff was very rude and did not pay attention to my request to be transferred to the front store. She told me to talk to HR and after she thought she transferred me I heard her berate me in front of the other staff. It was very hurtful to experience that as a customer and ruined my day.

I have been coming here for years for prescriptions and other drug store needs. I've never had a problem. Usually, in and out quickly. They are always pleasant.

Alexandria at the front checkout is awesome! I called the store in advance because I had already been looking for a certain item in another store, and I did not want to keep looking around. She looked in the system, went to check the aisle, brought the item to the front, and held it for me until I arrived 30 minutes later. I love this amazing "old school" service. She is the best.

This is 100 percent due to the manager, Ramshay. She was rude, and dismissive. I had a coupon, delivered to my house number, wrong street so the phone numbers didn't match. I would never double check the name on junk mail like that. It was plain I was a rewards customer as well.
I would have understood the decision not to honor it, but she just dismissed me and walked away from the register without a word, or explanation.
I make my living in customer service, and would have honored it for goodwill.
Unfortunately, I have to fill my scrips here because of my insurance, but I will never shop there for anything else.
Rude people should probably not be working in retail, or hospitality.

We’ve came here for years! And have never had such bad service until last night.The lady at the drive thru pharmacy was rude.! She didn’t ask how i was doing when i pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy or anything remotely like that which a better customer service professional would be doing.I need to figure out how to write to google to see how to give terrible experiences stores/restaurants etc 0 stars instead of 1. They don’t deserve any.For more clarity: The lady hung up in my mother’s face over the phone when she tried to ask the question over the phone… so i wouldn’t have to arrive in person.We could’ve took them to court over another issue years ago, yet she chose not to. They’re just starting to be so careless at this specific location. I get it covid is here now, so understaffed places are nearly everywhere. I know myself working at an understaffed hospital. That also means don’t treat your customers like poop. If you do not have good customer service skills, find a job that doesn’t deal with customers!Instead of them calling my mother first to explain to her about her issue because it was on their part to let her know what she needed. They did nothing. I miss the people that cared when they were working here.
