ThompsonGas told me that I would need to do a safety check before delivering gas and I said sure. They never said it would cost anything, but I paid the $135 bill even though it was a complete waste of time and took all day. Then I go to order and they want to charge me $9.99 per gallon. Other companies said they would give me the safety inspection for free and were quoting me less than $2 per gallon. What a rip off!!!

They were able to work me in as an emergency. My gas range quit working after 30+ years so I purchased a new one. I had to convert the new one to lp gas from natural gas. Thompson originally said it would be about 3 weeks before they could get a technician out to fix it. A couple of days later I received a call from them saying they would be out the next day. I was greatful for the prompt response and quality work performed.

Fraudulent company don't trust them. They came out and filled my tank, wanted $750 I never called for service and still had 43% remaining. They said they where monitoring my system & didn't want me to run out. If true, their monitoring would show I had a two (2) year supply and didn't need topping up. They just wanted to drum up business at top dollar pricing. See attached Pic showing % before fill up.

Everyone I’ve talked with in customer service has been really friendly and helpful. I don’t say that often about a company’s customer service, but these folks have earned it. And I like the automatic deliveries using the wireless meter they put in my tank. It makes everything run smoothly.

I love the pre-buy program and they keep the tank filled program. However, my tank has been there so long that it has sunken into the ground and is now mostly level with the ground. I’d really like someone to come and jack the tank up and block it.

I have used Thompson Gas for several years, they are costumer service oriented, very professional and friendly at the same time, I had a family emergency and couldn’t pay all at once as normally do, I made a call and asked if I could divide my bill in 2 payments and the answer was “ yes” no questions asked, ( I love that I didn’t have to confess my sins ?) in a serious note the company is very professional, service oriented, friendly and flexible on billing, I highly recommend
