I’m assuming the individual that answered the phone who stated her name was Pam is very rude!! She could most definitely benefit from taking some classes on learning how to be more customer oriented but then again everyone is not teachable!!She hung up on me and I had to call back so the lack of professionalism that this person has answering the phone leaves something to be desired. I’m not sure if this issue will be addressed looking at all the other bad reviews. It is apparent when it comes to customer service this organization misses the mark!!

Im not sure anyone cares anymore but you staff is ruining your business. Rude and horrible service. I understand everyone's short but.....it's ridiculous.

Zebulon N.C. LocationStood in line for more than thirty minutes and then just left. Employee taking orders only waited on four customers during that entire time, making mistakes on three of the four.Manager on duty told employees to focus on drive through so there was only one person working the line. That person was also servings drinks. That employee was obviously angered, it showed, she could not have performed her duties any slower.The line waiting for service was nine and ten people deep for thirty minutes, at least nine customers stood there a few minutes and then left.This happens on a frequent basis at this location especially when this manager is on duty.I strongly suggest some one from the ownership look into this location.. This location is the joke of the town. .

Why is the manager having truckers towed from the "truck parking"? Do you stand by this? Is she getting a kick back from the towing company? Are you going to do anything about it?

Evidently at the Dunn NC location if you order a three piece white you are paying extra to be given 3 wings. Was very disappointed in service and could have payed less for dark and got a decent amount of chicken.

1/3 of employees had no masks or gloves on. Manager did not either. Her response rudely, "they were out! Don't go to Bojangles at East Chatham. Witness an employee in drive thru line come up to the car in front of shake hands,no gloves on,no face mask. He went to store room ouside,then back in with a box

Manger on duty unprofessional an rude. Went thur drive an was parked due to them being out of dark meat chicken had to wait an was late getting back to work an was unable to eat all my lunch will never go there i will be going to kfc or Popeyes from now on
