Reported power outage in the middle of the night(non weather related) they immediately got to work on the problem and our power was back up and running in 30 minutes tops. REM is hands down the BEST power company.

I have been a customer with REA (Cherryville) for 28 years and my Parents 39 years. We have always had Excellent service. IF we have call the office in Cherryville we are given Excellent Customer Service. I feel we are blessed to have REA as our power company.
