  For 10 years this staff have been loyal, dedicated and always greets customers with a smile. Matt and Vangie know us by name and address. Cullowhee USPS is the best.

  The people working here are always so so kind and helpful, especially Matt! Every time I’ve had to take care of something with the post office they have always been extremely attentive, patient, and understanding.

  Pretty crappy service from the girl in Green on November 20, 2024. I said that I wanted something certified and after I fill3; out the envelope I asked how quickly I can get it there. She said we have a two day delivery service but it has to go in a different envelope and now I need to charge you for the first one because you wrote on it. Either ask all the questions or give a little bit of grace over $.95. I understand you work for the US government, but you guys aren’t this cheap. Have a little bit of customer service and put a smile on your face every once in a while.

  they refuse to ever deliver a package to my door, even though in my notes I put STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS TO MY DOOR. always have to go pick it up, they never leave a slip in my mailbox, and Im not able to be off in time to pick up since they changed hours to 4:30?? Or when I put in a rep to pick up my package since I’m not able to make it they refuse to let them pick up for who knows why? I don’t understand the trouble in doing your job.

  It’s unbelievable that USPS continues to get taxpayer funding. It has to be one of the most incompetent government agencies we have. Ordered a package and it was returned to sender within an hour of being “delivered.” No notification that it was being returned or even delivered. I truly do not understand how we have a postal system that is on par with a 3rd world country. I hope fedex and ups bankrupts usps.

  They are currently at 2 out of 8 packages actually delivered. They absolutely refuse to do the bare minimum amount of work to deliverer any package. I ordered a small calculator. Got an email saying they couldn't deliver it bc my mailbox was full EVEN THOUGH I CLEANED IT THE DAY BEFORE. The part that confuses me more than anything is that they'll deliverer packages to your door, but if it can fit in your mailbox they will ONLY put it in your mailbox. It makes no sense. I ordered 2 packages the other day and one was delivered to my door but the other was held at the facility because they couldn't fit it in the mailbox. JUST LEAVE BOTH PACKAGES DAMNIT

  Their customer service and package delivery must be the worst in the industries. The postal service logistics should deny shipping large packages. Or frankly any packages at all.

  Never use this post office. They’ll lose your packages, deliver them to the wrong address, be a gigantic headache to deal with in general. Will mark packages as “invalid address” when 50 packages coming to the exact same address get delivered daily. Convinced that this office hires people who can’t read the numbers on a mailbox or are too lazy to care to do their job. Have had numerous problems with this post office and have had 0 resolved. Would give negative stars if possible.

  I ship at many post offices in a 3 county radius and this post office is hands down the friendliest and quickest around!
