My debit card is almost constantly being denied for payment even though though there is plenty of funds in my account to pay for the charge. Now, after so many cancellations on my business accounts I have been reduced in status to a risk factor to do business with and have lost hundreds because of this problem. Now I have lost even more because the bank decided to pay some previously declined transactions and I have just lost more money today and most likely even more due to the fact that the teller at the bank (I went in person) gave me faulty information about my account which caused me to make bad transactions. I never had these kinds of problems when my Stanley branch BB&T was still open and before you merged with Suntrust.

Customer service is very lacking. Super slow service. Took over an hour to print and fax a document.

Worst bank ever. Had over $400 in fees they couldn't necessarily explain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a child and every bit of the money we make in my house hold counts! DO not AT ALL recommend BB&T
