I took paper work to their office as I gad to get paper work from the clerk of court for release papers and that's been over two weeks. My son is dead and I don't know if ot was the meds he was on so they won't release his records. They are very hateful. Seems I will have to get a court order from a judge.

By far the worse place to go for patients with private insurance. Never ever able to reach anyone anymore. Allows you to run out of your medication because you’re not able to reach them until it’s too late. Mind you, I start 7 business days before I run out. But I have a job so I can’t just keep calling.I don’t owe them money. I usually make all appointments, if I cannot, I reschedule before hand.Must see you so many times a year to even give you certain medications. Medication I’ve been on for years, last doctor retired so I didn’t have to be seen like the way they want me to hear.Bogus! Just a doctors office taking advantage of actual paying patient.I’m out now. Choose wisely… those considering…

Dr. Rost and his nurse were good however be careful with them filing your insurance. I have a 30.00 dollar copay and they are trying to charge me that plus an additional $15 foe my 70/30 plan. They have a contractual obligation to only charge copay and they are not.

They never return calls, they never answer their patient portal, and whenever I try to schedule an apt they tell me it will be weeks out even if it is an urgent matter. They have really dropped the ball the last couple of months and thinking about leaving and finding another doctor. I have been calling for the last hour and no answer

I love having a Dr who listens to me, Ron Kirkpatrick is great. The only problem with this office is being able to get in to see him, even when it is a follow up from the ER.

Health Care has changed over the years. I can imagine the difficulty the doctors, nurses and PA’s have. Especially with Covid and now Monkey Pox and now new outbreaks of Covid again. Especially the risks they take daily with patients with contagious symptoms and attitudes. I have been a Patient for almost 15 years. Yes I had to wait at times. But trust me I will wait because I love my doctor. Best Physician Office in Gastonia.

Trying to get through to speak to anyone is almost always impossible, the receptionist is rude and you are always put on hold for a lengthy time I just started going here but I’m almost ready to switch doctors again

My children and I have been going here for 12 years now I took two children in on two separate appointments for school shots this year in August 2022,and the appointments took two hours with only one other person in the waiting room when we come in I just feel as if they take your time for granted the nurses are kind of rude and believe my children will be probably changing doctors offices after this year after 12 years I'm no longer satisfied

I love Ron he knows how to talk to people and treats everyone with respect. I have been seen by Brittany she is also great… but yesterday I was treated by a new man name Ross I was trying to tell him what was bothering me and he assumed I was asking for pain pills which I informed him that if looked back in my records he would see for hisself that I’m not one of those people and that out of the ten plus years I’ve been going there I may have had them prescribed to me twice and it was 10 pills each time he didn’t seem to care he more less treated me like I was a addict and I don’t appreciate that cause I don’t like taking Tylenol, if they keep hiring people with attitudes like his they will eventually be out of business cause not everyone that is in pain wants pain pills some just a solution to their problem. Ron is the only one that seems to care about the people he treats and if he ever leaves I know I want be going back.

Terrible service, slow response, very incompeten and useless communication. Rude and uneducated receptionists. In general mediocre to say the least.

I've been seeing Ron for years and I'm totally happy with his care. My problem is with the office personnel. If I have my pharmacy call in a refill request, it's a coin toss on when it will be filled. There have been times when it was the next day or so. But in the last 6 months, 3 different times I've had to wait a whole week before the pharmacy even gets it. When I call, the rare few times when I get to talk to someone who knows anything, I'll be told that it's in the computer to go out that day. But days later, still no prescription. Most of the time I call and it sends me to the appointment desk. They just tell me to leave a voicemail. They won't transfer me to someone who could help or there's no one available. I was told that she's not going to pull someone away from a patient to talk to me. Um, I'M A PATIENT!! But I guess if I'm not in the office paying a copay, then I'm not important. My pharmacy did 2 different refill requests last week. It's currently Wednesday and when I called this past Friday and actually talked to someone, I was told it would go out by the end of the day. 5 days ago. I've left a voicemail everyday for the past 3 days and nothing. No call back. No prescription called in. No acknowledgement what so ever. Three months ago when this exact same thing happened, it was a "computer glitch". I'm lucky that this is not a medicine I need to survive. But this medicine does help me and I just want my prescription. I love Ron. He's helped me so much. But I'm really tired of the hassle every time I have to get a refill request. It's totally unprofessional. And according to my pharmacy, I'm not the only person waiting on a prescription. I don't know what to do.
