I had one of the best shopping experience at this location during my visit around 8:45 am on Sep 25th.
Why mention the timing so precisely?
Because I want to make sure that the right employees get the credit.
The gentleman who was working stock in the back of the store was working hard to make the store nicely presentable and greeted with a good morning while actually acknowledging a customer along with the cashier being polite and friendly!
Thanks for all of your hard work guys!!

Feel like there was junk and displays everywhere and a lot of items were missing signage and prices. It made the store feel unkept and dirty. When I went to check out there was nobody around I walked the store and couldn't find anybody. I'm sure they have problems with theft due to no employees and tons of displays to hide behind to pocket items. Maybe the shopping experience very uncomfortable

Went into this store on February 21st 2023 at 2:17 p.m. according to my receipt while I was in there somebody through a roll of red tickets from another aisle which almost hit me I brought the tickets with me to ask the cashier if they were sold on the Isle that I was shopping on there was also to store managers right there as well which told me know they are sold on the party aisle so I told them someone through and almost hit me at the point a young man that works there cussing and talking about the subject he know nothing about at that point neither manager or anyone put their employee in place instead they said that I was making a scene and there was nothing that they can do about it I asked them to look at their cameras which they did not pay any mind to terrible managers and they will be working there miserably until the day that they're fired!! I also called corporate about the situation so we will see if they do anything but considering that the corporate office only had a one-and-a-half star tells you probably not

This would be the Dollar general on New Hope. The people there are very nice and friendly which makes for good customer service. Hey I also have a lot of products to offer for good deals.

If I could give this place 0 stars I so would! I came to get a few household items with my 11 week old baby and the MANAGER followed me around and watched me the entire time, she even had Dallas Police waiting up front to intimidate me ?As I go to pay the cashier steps to the side and she jumps up in front of him. She rings up every single item I had which came up to over 200 dollars and I pay and the Police Officer says "I'm gonna go ,call me if you need me again"! Can't make this stuff up! I don't have to steal I make good money and if I didn't, I definitely wouldn't do it with my baby with me. If this is the way you treat all your customers that buy a lot of stuff then I'm surprised anyone comes to this store! If you're using intuition then your's needs a tune up! I won't be back!
