I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jordyn at the Dollar Tree! I've seen her there before and she is always incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet. Today, she went above and beyond for me. | was picking out balloons for my mom and aunt, and she didn't just ring them up. She helped me choose the colors and created a beautiful balloon bouquet out of them. It turned out amazing and really made my day.
She took time and care with everything, and you can just tell she enjoys helping people and takes pride in what she does. I don't know if she's the manager, but honestly, if she's not she should be! Employees like Jordan are rare. She definitely deserves recognition (and probably a raise too!). Thank you, Jordyn, for making a simple Dollar Tree run feel so special!

Things are always pilled up can't get to the registers half the time and the young black lady has a very bad additude and cusses other employees I have seen that first hand I dread it if I have to go in there, you ask for something and they tell you if you can't find it,then don't know what to tell you,they don't offer any help at all the older lady with long light colored hair is the sweetest person there and she's trying to run the entire store on her own she needs real help. Not lazy people pretending to work while she works her butt off. God bless and get some real help.

This Dollar tree needs an upgrade. They rarely have anything new. Same ole stuff from 10 years ago. I noticed yesterday that they still carry the same dishes I bought back in 2013. Their 5.00 isle doesn't have many options either.

The Dallas store has terrible customer service. Tried talking to the manager about an incident and she wouldn’t even listen. They need to clean house and start over in that store.

Great friendly staff and a nice clean store that is well stocked. Unlike all the other dollar trees around this location. Hands down the Dallas NC location is the best. We have the best store manager and all the other management is sweet and is willing to help you with anything.

They seemed kind of biased to me. The lady that checked me out and the girl stocking the Household items didn't seem too comfortable with a "person of color" in the store but, they didn't really say anything negative; you could just tell by their body language and facial expressions..I guess that's just Dallas,NC for ya thoo??.

6/9/22... (Cashier Joyce) has absolutely No Customer Service.. Rude and Unprofessional.. It's my opinion that she shouldn't work with the public..
