The Great program at the Senior Center keeps seniors active and competitive with games Cornhole and a state tournament. The fitness center works well for Gaston County seniors 55 and older, with friendly staff and a schedule works. Exercise classes start day, and the nice place tax help by AARP, place for seniors. Next stop state tournament, serious day, keeps us active.

Staff are amazing. They have a little of every thing for Seniors highly recommended the tai chi for all seniors.
