The post office is quaint and they always have nice decorations for the seasons/holidays. It is nice to have someone brighten your day just from brief interactions. “My mail carrier Becky is fabulous! She's friendly & efficient. I greatly appreciate that she always scans (for tracking) my outgoing parcels before driving to the next mailbox. I also like that instead of cramming large items into my mailbox, she places them on my covered front porch. I wish the other carriers would follow her lead.”

“This small post office is located in a block of buildings overlooking the Catawba River and Goat Island. A perfect spot to send off your post cards and it turns out that yes, I had a few that I have been carting around for a bit. Oops.
There is not a drop off lane and if there is any sort of good weather, you can expect the parking here to be a challenge. They do have a mailbox right in front. Super easy!”
“I missed my package yesterday that needed a signature. I was nervous about coming down here because of all the negative reviews. I personally just had a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was kind, friendly and found my package without any issue. So I wanted to let everyone know, that even though some people express frustration with their experience, mine was fantastic.”

“More than likely you are not going to leave a review of the post office unless they have lost your package or have messed up your order but I just wanted to say that every time I go to ship off my package and sometimes the QR code doesn't want to load for them to scan it into the system, they're always very nice friendly and helpful, and I am not talking about one person I know I have dealt with 3 different employees and every time they go above and beyond to help me, and I have never had a bad experience, just wanted to let them know that they are not going unnoticed for the customer service y'all guys provide. Thanks again for being so nice and helpful.”
