More than likely you are not going to leave a review of the post office unless they have lost your package or have messed up your order but I just wanted to say that every time I go to ship off my package and sometimes the QR code doesn't want to load for them to scan it into the system, they're always very nice friendly and helpful, and I am not talking about one person I know I have dealt with 3 different employees and every time they go above and beyond to help me, and I have never had a bad experience, just wanted to let them know that they are not going unnoticed for the customer service y'all guys provide. Thanks again for being so nice and helpful.

You know what the worst part about trying to complain to The Postal Service or other companies is that too bad/tough and what are you going to do about it hey you can always just get that other mail carrier to do it you know the uh that's right there isn't one.. and I'm not pinpointing no one out at the counter or that delivers the mail I might want to be careful might not never ever get none of my mail. I took some items to Dallas Post Office to be mailed to Morris MN. The Postal Worker did not tell me that by putting everything in one box, it wouldn't have costed me 60.00. He didn't say anything about that until after he used 2 extra boxes instead of one.

All of a sudden I stopped receiving mail. My wife visited the local post office and was brushed off by the clerk. My wife was told several people were receding mail at my location. Why does that have an impact, especially when the tag left in my mailbox states, overage would be the primary reason because it would appear to be vacant.

This might be a smaller post office it sure lacks the headaches and anguish of the South New Hope branch. The people that are working inside the post office know their stuff and they keep things moving right along I was impressed with their patience,knowledge and attitude!!!!!

Place is a joke. Seems like it's run by a bunch of incompetent college graduates that couldn't pursue their desired career. If you cant do any better than this , maybe speak to Jeff bezos. He delivers correctly and on time without hassle.

Wish I could give 0 stars this mail service lost my package or delivered to someone else house. My package says delivered but no one came to my house. I have camera all around my house. The fact that their not even open but my package says delivered is crazy. So you tell me your not open but it says your post office delivered my package? Sounds like a bunch of clowns work in there
