I used to absolutely love this pharmacy but within the past year the customer service and availability to speak with a pharmacy staff member is nonexistent. I leave a message via phone or text message with a promise that a pharmacy representative will call me back but it never happens. When a medication is out of stock, no follow up on this pharmacy is ever followed up and then I have to transfer to a different CVS to obtain my prescription. I am pretty certain I will transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy altogether!

Pretty good overall nice pharmacy. They sometimes close really early on random days which is wierd and the prices are kinda high but pretty good for a cvs. And very nice and helpful staff

Horrible experience! Went there at 7:40 (they said they closed at 8:00), and there was a long line at the drive through so I tried to go inside. They had already locked the doors and refused to let me in. I tried to go through the drive through, but as I got to the window (at 7:55) they closed the window. When I then asked over the intercom if they could help me with the prescription since they were still technically open, they threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Disgusting service, I will not be coming back.

The pharmacy has only rude people and I filled my prescription @8am and when I tried to pick it up @3pm it was still not ready. You can no longer call direct and instead you have to leave a voicemail that doesn't get returned. Seems like the reviews all say the same thing but CVS doesn't seem to want to put customers first. I'll be changing to Walgreens.

One of the filthiest, disorganized CVS stores I’ve been in. Restroom sign says “employees only, management.” When I asked the employee if CVS Corporate was aware of- they said “yes.”

My dad is 76 yrs old and has pneumonia. His doctor sent 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy at 11:00am. He goes to the pharmacy at 12:30pm and they say both prescriptions will be ready in 2 hrs. Five hrs later they fill one, but not the other. He tries to call the pharmacy multiple times to see what’s going on. Each time he calls and asks to speak with the pharmacist, the call gets disconnected. He asks me to pick up the prescription for him. I get there at 7:30pm and the counters to drop off scripts and speak to a pharmacist we’re all closed off. You could only check out. They were all rushing to shut things down with 30 minutes left before closing. I waited in line for 15 mins, and then asked why there was only one prescription filled. The lady at the counter tells me the other one will be ready in the morning. I ask why and she says because it’s a controlled substance. I say okay, what does that have to do with it being filled? It was sent there over 8 hrs ago and the pharmacist told my dad both would be ready at 2:30pm. The pharmacist starts rudely interrupting from across the room stating that the reason it’s not ready is because they are closing in 15 mins. So again I say, what does that have to do with a prescription that was supposed to be ready hours ago? Is he supposed to wait for 2 hrs and if he doesn’t then he only gets one of his medications? She then proceeds to make up more excuses telling me she had 200 prescriptions to fill today, and she can send it to a pharmacy that is open 24 hrs, but they are getting ready to close. Sorry if this seems irrational but, if you are filling one prescription, then why not fill the other “in stock” prescription that was sent in at the same time? My sick father needs all of his meds. He had a similar issue with the same pharmacy last week. They told him it would be ready at a certain time and when he goes back to pick it up, they tell him that it was out of stock. He had to go to another Cvs pharmacy several miles away on a cold night. He wanted to call me to go and get it, but left his phone at home. I believe that they did not have his medicine in stock this time which is why they are telling him to come back in the morning with no specific time. They are probably waiting on a truck in the morning. Why lie and have this sick, elderly man make multiple trips? I asked him if they offered delivery, but he said he didn’t know how to do that. You would think they would offer that and be more helpful instead of giving people the run around. The same pharmacist had me looking for an otc medicine on the wrong aisle (she was off by 4 aisles), about a month ago. Some people just make up reasons when they don’t have a valid one or just have a lack of knowledge, and she definitely fits the script! Forgot to mention the reason the line was so long at the pharmacy was because there was no one at the register in the front. As soon as I walked in, there was a lady waiting at the register in the front and no one ever came. She made a loud sigh, rolled her eyes, dropped and left all of her things on the counter and walked out. That’s not the 1st time I’ve seen people waiting for several minutes with no one to ring up their order. They need to fill up the half empty shelves and hire more staff instead of hiding in the back. Everyone doesn’t use self checkout. And just like I told them, you can’t use self checkout for otc benefits. Quit being lazy!

I had to call multiple time and come in person to be told my prescription is in backorder. It toke 5 days to get this info with me calling each day. I would give a 0 if possible, avoid this location.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They have the rudest employees that talk down to customers and always blame either the customer or doctor, its never their fault! Pharmacists are incompetent. I was attacked by the manager and another employee tonight after they filled my prescriptions wrong. I think all the negative reviews speak for it self.

The ONLY good thing about this pharmacy is it convenient location to me. Everything else about it is terrible. The staff are some of the rudest I've come across in a long time. Long lines. Drive-thru closed most of the time. Prescriptions not ready when they say they are. The list goes on. Safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere friendlier and more efficient.

They are consistently wrong in everything they tell you. You may receive a text that your prescription is ready. You make the trip there. Is your script ready? Nope. Drive thru open. Nope. Have any questions? Good Luck with whomever this weeks new hire is.
