They are consistently wrong in everything they tell you. You may receive a text that your prescription is ready. You make the trip there. Is your script ready? Nope. Drive thru open. Nope. Have any questions? Good Luck with whomever this weeks new hire is.

Today I walked in to the pharmacy and met with a very very rude pharmacist (the pharmacy front desk person was trying to help). I have a prescription that was submitted on 12/22 to be taken 12/23. It was out of stock so the pharmacist told me it will be here on Tuesday 12/26. The app said it would be ready today 12/27. I went in and the pharmacist (without looking up at me or speaking to me directly) said “I have no idea where it is.” Not acceptable. It is a specific timed prescription. If they didn’t have it the responsible thing would have been to call and update me so I can get it transferred to another pharmacy.There is a sign on the register that says “pls be kind today because we are short staffed” which is fine and understandable but customers deserve respect too especially when it comes to important medication. It’s not the customers fault you all are short staffed and the least that can be done is proper communication and RESPECT. Pharmacist was VERY dismissive and if you don’t want to work in a public setting, don’t!

Pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to.. I have been using this location since is very close to my home… however it takes sometimes days to get an order filled… like right now I have a prescription since yesterday and is still in process… this is for my heart since I’m having big issues with my heart right now…. This is not a luxury item is a medical issue, the anxiety is not helping me at all…. Will be switching pharmacy even though it might be more convenient for me.

This location has went downhill over the last year. No drive thru because of lack of staffing. Went to pick up my meds today and they said they lost power and cannot sell me my meds that are refrigerated. Ok….how about a call/text/email to say so. I got nothing. I’m done with this location. It’s sad because I’ve used them for 5 years. CVS you need to do better. You Lost a customer today.

I am trying to pick up my wife’s prescription since yesterday.. they are only serving via drive through and taking hours to pick up.. ridiculous!!

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies. Earlier this year, I contacted CVS about a prescription issue for my mother. The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. When I called back to file a complaint, I found out it was the pharmacist who had cursed at me. I immediately transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Today, despite a prescription being called in at 8 AM, CVS closed the drive-through at 1:20 PM, claiming lunchtime after I have been sitting in line for about 10 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me that I can come inside until 1:30. Is that absolutely ridiculous or what?.I've decided never to deal with CVS again due to their consistently poor service.

Received text message medication is ready to pickup .Called them to confirm also.. when i went to pickup i get to hear it is not ready and takes 30 min to 45 min.. they have done this 3 times to my Family.PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME.

Worst CVS ever I have seen. Have to wait for 1 hour to pick up my medicines. No customer support when you try to find something inside store.

I have been to this location 2 times because my wife was wanting to try it out. Both times I pulled up to the drive through having the rolling door pulled and the staff saying “we just closed the drive through” meanwhile I had been waiting for 30+ minutes for a prescription.

If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. Their drive thru has been closed for months. Elderly people struggling to walk inside and wait in long lines. There are 3 people working just as it was when the drive thru was open. Today the cashier wanted to argue with me on misinformation she gave me and tossed my bag at me. I know my business is just a drop in the bucket. It’s unfortunate there not closer competition.

We have not been getting our medication lately it’s getting ridiculous. App is terrible everything is terrible but the people there are nice sometimes.

Zero stars if possible. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to fill a prescription that was sent in 24 hours before by my son’s doctor - they tried blaming the doctors office ? Then they said it would take 15 more minutes, well then after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they didn’t have enough to fill it completely and could only partially fill it. I agreed to the partial fill because it was an antibiotic for my extremely sick child. While I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for it to be filled, the pharmacist delayed filling it as best she could because she knew how frustrated I was (as any mother/human would be) and pharmacist proceeded to tell me I was harassing her BY WAITING near the counter for my prescription! I have reported her and hope that appropriate actions are taken. Nonetheless, we will be switching pharmacies going forward. Just despicable pharmacy staff.

I had a terrible experience at this Store. The staff was very rude and unhelpful.I was asking some help to the staff to take the Printout of passport Photos. The Staff said it is a self-service so we can't help, and they were very happy when I was struggling to get the work done.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Genuinely the worst pharmacy you could ever visit. Do not send your medicine here unless you do not want your medicine. Never takes credit for their mistakes and blames it on customer/doctor

Great staff and always helpful. We’ve used this location for nearly 10 years and while busy, the staff have always been willing to help answer questions & offer good advice with friendly, prompt service.
