“I have to say moving down to Mooresville is like vacation everyday. Being a part of Lake effects is the icing on the cake! Staff and facility are 10 stars if i could give it to them. Jackie and Emma are the friendliest most professional. The boat staff Zack, Jack and the rest of the crew are super attentive when you come in and out with the boat. I have been a member since April and have no regrets joining.”

“Sweet Grass is such a gem! They have a wonderful selection of unique, beautiful products, and the customer service makes the experience even better. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help without ever making you feel pressured. It’s the kind of shop where you go in just to look and somehow leave with three things you didn’t know you needed. Definitely worth a visit!”

“James was great in responding to a issue with delivery and then a second issue with quality of product that was received. He was exceptionally helpful and detailed in attention and explanation. Something that is often lacking in customer s rbice needs with businesses over the last 5 years. Thank you James.”

“Ive lived in Lake Norman for around 20 years now and I’ve been to the store more times than I can remember to get thoughtful gifts that you can’t find anywhere else. The women that work in this store are all wonderful. Thanks for the help again this year with Mother’s Day.”
