“I made the mistake of first going to Jewelers On Main in downtown cause it was closer, but those people couldn't sweep me out the door fast enough. I guess cause I'm a dirty blue collared worker. So I traveled across town to find the wifey something pretty. These two lovely ladies welcomed me like we were all old high school friends that were catching up. I wandered into Juelerye while spending the day in downtown Mooresville and was immediately greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. They didn’t just point me toward beautiful pieces,they shared the stories behind the artists and the inspiration behind the work.
When they asked what I do, I jokingly told them, “I work in mortgage, but I also have a Crazy Lemon Lady business because some days I dream about opening a lemonade stand.”
Without hesitation, they took me straight to a Houston Llew piece that read:

I stood there laughing because it felt like the universe had sent me exactly the message I needed that day.
What struck me most was the sense of community. While I was there, a couple of the artists stopped in, and you could immediately tell this wasn’t just a place that sold their work, it was a place where they felt at home. The warmth, connection, and genuine appreciation for both the artists and customers was evident in every interaction.

After completing my transaction, I was walking to my car and just got in it when he came out the door and up to my window told me to come back in, he had miscalculated the price of some silver coins I had sold. Before I could even ask what time I should return, the first watch was done and the second was in process. Total duration of visit around 5 minutes. Total cost: less than $20. “Oh goodness, where do I start? My daughter and I were just hanging out, paying tribute to her best friend she lost three years ago, on Sept 11. I decided to stop in Kendra Scott because she misplaced her necklace, and I just wanted to inquire about a new one. Well, let me tell you, from Kim's warm greeting at the front door to Danielle's help with my hurt back to Melissa just listening about being a woman, we had the best laughs! Security even laughed as I walked out the door, saying he could tell we were having a wonderful time by our laughs he heard outside! “The store manager Ashley at Molly Malone’s Boutique in Mooresville was the absolute best! We came in close to closing time, and Ashely said not to worry! She ended up helping us shop for two hours past closing! I would have never expected that, but we were so pleased at how caring and attentive Ashely was. My daughter and I love this store. We have shopped here for years, but we had some special upcoming events. We knew Molly Malone’s would be the best place to get everything we needed!!!! My daughter described what she was looking for, and Ashely knew exactly what she was seeking. She pulled out a selection of the most amazing shoes, jeans, shorts, and dresses, and my daughter went home with new summer wardrobe. Ashely went above and beyond for me and my daughter, and we are thrilled. After having a bite to eat, I think Francesca has a really strategic location because I popped in immediately. As Christmas is less than a week away, the store was full with people, and I walked around and took plenty of pics to show you what they offer.

“I’ve always been a little weary due to the reviews from other black customers, but this boutique is the best service I’ve received in a Birkdale shop. I’ve visited this shop a few times in the past, but today is the first time I’ve purchased anything. The clothing quality is great and the women that work there are very kind. I’m not sure if the staff has turned over since those reviews a few years ago, but I would absolutely recommend shopping here!”

“The employees who work at the store are very sweet and they show good customer service. The company’s return process is bad though. The store policy won’t allow price matches if customers want a bigger size from an online order. I was told I would have to pay more money if I wanted to exchange for a bigger size in store. I know it’s not the employee’s fault but I still wanted to give feedback that this seems like a dated policy. I hope the company considers updating that policy. Overall I still think the employees there show great customer service and I would shop there again.”
