Knowing we can call and talk to someone when ever we have a question instead of talking to an AI person we get someone we can trust.

I worked with Danielle who gave me a great quote for my new vehicle and renters insurance. I am paying less for a 2025 vehicle and renters insurance vs. what I was paying for my 2012 vehicle alone. I wish I reached out to them sooner and I would have been saving so much money. I appreciate Danielle’s kindness and great customer service. A pleasure to work with her. We have been customers of State Farm here in Davidson, NC. I have had the best experience with the staff at Roger O'Connell Agency. They have answered all my questions as well as explain what policies I needed. They were fast and efficient with returning my calls or emails.

Disappointing. We met Roger at a meet and greet and sat together for a light meal. We decided to change our insurance to his firm. After some difficulties with his new agent regarding coverage questions, we asked to speak to Roger, twice. We were not even given the courtesy of a return call or email by Roger. His agent responded and let us know Roger was unavailable and the second time he was out of the office and busy. Why did Roger even bother to solicit business, hand out promotional materials, and then completely ignore us, his new clients? Our decision, we cancelled the policy one week later for this lack of response to our policy coverage questions, and overall poor quality of customer service from Roger O'Connell.
