Very poor customer service experience. Rude nasty agents that clearly do not like their jobs. This is also a reflection of customer service management. Bottom of the pit performance.

Called to transfer warranty - purchased a house that had Trane furnace / air. The company stated I had 90 days to transfer warranty. What a joke. Asked to talk to a manager or someone higher / stated there was no one. Will not ever purchase Trane in any of my homes. Poor customer service.

Puts dangerous drivers on the road. Doesn't care when they endanger everybody else. No way to give feedback about. Local parts department says it's service guys, service department says its supply guys. What a joke.
