Trane is GARBAGE. Aluminum coils create a SNOT buildup that has to be flushed monthly if not sooner here in South Florida. We would NEVER recommend this cheaply built system!!

Got a new AC unit from Trane that is significantly louder than the twenty year old unit it replaced. Company offered no resolution. My impression is they are not a customer-focused manufacturer and their products are not the best quality.

Very poor customer service experience. Rude nasty agents that clearly do not like their jobs. This is also a reflection of customer service management. Bottom of the pit performance.
