The lady working the front counter was very rude. We needed 4 passport pictures and miss communication she printed 16 photos. She showed she doesn’t like her job.

Very rude staff. I asked the pharmacist a question about a medication and it seemed I was bothering him. I'm allergic to this type of medication, so seems like it shouldn't be to much just to answer the question without an attitude. Then the lady at the register was another attitude problem. I just wanted to use my Rx coupon and it seemed that she didn't want to help me find the cheapest price. I am on a one income household and I need every dollar. Do better! I won't be recommending y'all to anyone. No wonder everyone in Denton said to go to the Denton Pharmacy not here.

I went to the store once in 2016. I was in town visiting my grandmother who lives on the Lake there. I also graduated from the local community college in 2017. The cashier lady who must have been in her 30s with blondish hair called the police on me. I was asked a question or two by a man in uniform there in the isles, like this was a casual thing. I never felt so disrespected. It is as if I moved into the twilight zone and I am now that Bigfoot creature every one is trying to arrest. It is as if I took the place of another. If the cashier ever contacted me about this I will report her. I will also file a complaint to her supervisor or to the local police because I would then feel even more harassed by her. I should not have had the police called on me for browsing CVS. I hope she is fired. Last year I spent thousands of dollars at CVS. But not at this store. Goodbye.

CVS is fast. I love that if you got the app they will let you know when your medicine is ready instead of having to call all the time.. 10/10 recommend!!!
