“Their Denton office is the office where we’ve been/called for any questions we have had and the lady that works there, Mandy, has been absolutely amazing. Any questions I’ve had, she’s answered and if she didn’t have the answer she’d find a way to get the answer for me. I have not had such good customer service like that in a long time. She has a heart of gold and true southern hospitality.We rent so when we went to set up the account there were a few bumps in the road that needed smoothing out and if it was something Mandy couldn’t help with, she would call Michelle at the Asheboro office and Michelle would also do everything she could as well to help us get everything taken care of.I wouldn’t care if their gas were 10 cent higher than everyone else, this is where I’ll be taking my business. You don’t get such good genuine customer service like how they have anywhere else, not into todays time.”
