This place is trash since it went from corporate to franchise. The owner sucks. Can't order re closable lids so I've been rotating the same lid from coffee to coffee so when I hit a bump on the road it doesn't spill out. Never has refrigerated creamer consistently, opted out of the 7th drink free program. Stear clear of this place even just for a coffee. Still sucks. Update. Still no refrigerated creamer and no re closable lids. The other 711 in Denver does have the right lids. I grabbed a stack today for myself. Also, sign says 2 dollars off when you buy 2 packs of camel menthol. Nope just 1 dollar...also as a regular 6 sometimes 7 days a week, you would think they would be nicer. Maybe it's the work load on these employees, but they are just rude

As someone who consistently works outside doing landscaping, we frequently stop at this 7-Eleven to use the restroom. Unfortunately, we’ve had multiple bad experiences here. We go in pairs for safety reasons — there are a lot of predators out there, and we’ve also been walked in on several times in the past, so it feels safer to go together.
Today, the cashier told us to “keep it to one person at a time because it was disgusting,” essentially calling us disgusting. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the owner was made aware of what was said and chose not to address it.
Because of this, they have officially lost both our personal and business-related patronage. We will no longer be stopping here, and we encourage others to consider how customers are treated before giving them business.

As women who work in landscaping, we’re often on the road and stop at 7-Eleven for lunch and to use the restroom. Unfortunately, this location on Webbs Road in Denver has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had.
Because of repeated issues at other 7-Elevens—men walking in behind us, doors being unlocked, and feeling unsafe—we always go into public bathrooms together for safety. On this particular day, after using the restroom together as usual, the worker yelled at us in front of everyone, saying only one person is allowed in the bathroom and even calling us “disgusting” for being in there at the same time.
I tried to explain our reasoning—that as women working outside all day, we’ve learned to protect ourselves in public spaces—but instead of understanding, management backed up the employee’s behavior. The entire interaction left us feeling disrespected and dismissed.
This was a terrible customer service experience and absolutely unacceptable. One star.

Hannah is aabsolutely makes that store wonderful. She is always smiling, always positive and has fantastic customer service The store under her care it is organized and well stocked.

I used to go to go this store all the time. I ordered DoorDash and the driver picked up from here. They couldn’t scan my id because DoorDash app was messed up. They still charged me the fee, even though the items were returned. I paid $20 and received nothing because apparently the store refused the refund even after accepting the items back. I will Never go here again.

Just left the store 10:08 pm 5/25 . I went to go purchased a box of truly. To which you cannot physically take out of the shelf because it’s so tight . I figured I would save the associates and walk around to it…… so I entered the cooler door. I was greeted by the associate who told me I could no longer be sold, said item, because I walked into the cooler . I asked her and she said that’s just because of her manager, who will watch the cameras when she comes into the store in the morning. I explain that I did not know that was an issue……. she said, regardless she could not sell me. Customer service is not great. This lady came into the cooler on a power trip. I’m sorry you don’t feel valued at your job. You should choose another one. I even tried to explain that I come in there almost every day . Also I’m a grown adult . If I knew I wasn’t allowed to enter wouldn’t . She said employees only . There wasn’t a posted sign and all the beers had labels on the isle telling you the price . I’m not a thief and I tried to explain it to the lady . Why do I this only have issues at this store? I really wish this store had better enployess . There is a man and a woman who both work there , that have been nothing but exceptional

I was ID'd for a lottery ticket, but not the guy behind me who purchased 4 beers.I came back in and nicely asked why this occurred. He said the guy comes often. I also frequent here often. Tell the young man who worked December 27 at 8:30 AM, to be consistent so customers don't assume they're being profiled.

Good employees and convenient location. Good selection of prepared food & Beer. We got in late, after a 10 hour drive and stopped in looking for milk. The clerk told us that they have not had milk to sell there for quite some time.

About 5 inches of dust inside this entire store. Can not get receipts at pump. Trash cans full always. NOT EMPLOYEES FAULT. Everyone I’ve encountered at the counter had been helpful and friendly. Just not enough of them it seems like to me. Or they’re not taking care of their employees

Always had a great experience at this store especially with the morning shift ladies! I went by after work this evening to get gas I prepaid with cash, went to pump my gas and the pump kept stopping so I went in to make him aware it was out he said well then we are out of gas not much I can do. I proceeded with o say so I’m not getting gas I paid for he said fine I’ll refund you then in front of a line of customers said GD loudly and said I’ll just give you cash and handed it to me, you can tell I was def being an inconvenience for him. Needless to say I’ll be talking with the assistant manager when I stop by in the morning.
