Tom was amazing...he met us by appointment for a test drive, didn't ask for money down in fact told us to go home and sleep on it. Took the vehicle to a local mechanic for a second opinion and Tom then had all the recommended maintenance done at no extra cost to us. This was easily by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Awesome first experience for our 16 yr old and we are confident he got a great Jeep.

I have purchased two cars through Affordable Autos. Service is top-notch, and they have high quality vehicles, not like some dealerships that push lemons. The owner, Tom, is honest, and cares for his business. Working with him is much better than going to any big name dealerships, or even other car lots. Being able to purchase a vehicle from here took out much of the hassle that is dealt with at other dealerships

I love my Jeep that we purchased. We'd been looking for months for a yellow Jeep, and Tom had just what we wanted. My dad flew up from Florida to pick it up, and Tom was nice enough to pick him up at the airport. Tom and Amy had all of the paperwork ready to go making the buying process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Affordable Autos at the Lake!

I purchased my 2001 Mazda b3000 from Tom at affordable autos. They were great. They didn't pressure me to buy. They were honest about everything and had the paperwork to show the history of the truck. They gave me a very fair deal. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle to stop by and check them out. Im very happy with the pickup truck I bought from them and I would buy from them again.

I'm from Cincinnati and was looking for a specific model that gets rusty here. I was looking to replace my 287,000 mile rusty one with a solid lower mileage unit. I located the vehicle online one evening. I spoke to Tom the next day. He described the vehicle very accurately and told me what I needed to bring and made an appointment. Amy sent me a copy of the sales order so I had all the specific numbers. We made the 500 mile trek, got there about 45 minutes early for our appointment. Tom got there a few minutes later. We looked over and test drove the vehicle. It was just what I expected. No surprises. We finalized all the paperwork and were out the door about an hour after we had arrived. The vehicle then got a 500 mile test drive which was trouble free. Great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Affordable Auto. My family once had that horror story at a mom and pop location in Tenn last year, we were rushed to pay in cash with no warranty, when we got home to our mechanic many things had been either quickly "bandaided" or completely gutted out. But our experience with Affordable Autos was nothing like that. They helped me to feel comfortable, informed, and appreciated from the very first visit. First I met Tom who greeted my father and I with information about what he had to offer matching to what I was looking for, he was both attentive and spacious... informative, not pushy. In fact, he got to know me so well that by the time I came back with my husband Amy approached us with a key to the car I expressed the most interest in and took notice right away that my 5 month old would be more comfortable buckled in the backseat of my potential new car... warmed up. Not only did they each take the time to warm up the car and have paperwork and theirselves ready for me each time I returned, they encouraged me to drive out to my mechanic to have him look it over before signing the dotted line. This says a lot about their pride and confidence, as well as understanding for those other dealerships out there giving places like this a bad name. When it came down to purchasing this vehicle which I absolutely adore, they assisted so well with communication to the lender including letting the lender know I was on the way since I was driving. They greatly exceeded our expectations through their accommodation, and most importantly their dedication shows through the quality of vehicles they choose to sell in their parking lot. I have already recommended them to people I know simply by discussing what a wonderful experience I had with such kind straight forward people. I have had my new vehicle for a few weeks now and I must say... I am in love with this classy car. Thank you Tom and Amy :)

Just saying No.... my vehicle I have had a very short time the issues with it hasn't stopped. I even purchased the extended warranty that they kept recommending to purchase and pay for every month. Was told a full maintenance was done to it before it hit the the the lot and apparently not. I have already sunk A good bit of money into it because the warranty I was encouraged to purchase and was told it pretty much would cover anything that would go wrong has not covered anyrhing... because they said it should have been taken care of with maintenance.
