I purchased 4 new iPhones and ported over the numbers from 2 different carriers. Chris the store Mgr did a great job. He was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service.

I stopped by with a trade in to get a price and see potential upgrade phones. The young guy sitting down behind a stack of boxes on the counter gave me my trade in value. Then he harped on my bill. I explained my payment arrangement in place bc of a recent 4 week lay-off.I asked to see phone options to plan for a week later. He harped on not being able to Upgrade me until I paid him (ignoring my explanation that it would be a week) and offered no further assistance. He remained seated. I left not informed about features and prices which I would be able to choose from in the near future. Shop for phones elsewhere, unless you're buying that day, I guess.

Customer service in this store is fantastic. Clean neat store. Eddie, Tyson and Kris were all very Friendly and helpful

Was in the store on 5/24/23. Kris helped me without hesitation. I must’ve asked him 5 or 6 different questions about my plan, getting new phones for me and my wife. He assisted with transferring of info from one phone to the other.. He answered everything with a smile on his face. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Kris was very kind to take time today to show me, a Senior citizen, how to use the features of my new phone. Though I received a manual with my phone I could not successfully understand some of its workings. Kindness and patience were the things that I appreciated most…Thanks, Kris.Lynn Krebs

Went to the Huntersville ATT store to upgrade a couple of lphones. Was not busy waited 3-5 min before I got help. I asked the guy about upgrading to the iPhone 13. He said let me think if we have any, stood there for 10 seconds and said no we don't have any. I asked him if he could check and he said I'm he did in his mind. He then proceeded to try to sell me the 14 for 5 times the price. I told him I wanted the 13 and he said he would see if he could get it. Then he kept trying to upgrade my line I told him I didn't need an upgrade. At that time I asked him for his att ID so I would have his contact info as this was not going well. At this point Tia walked over (said she was the manager) and asked why I wanted his ID and said I couldn't get it. At this point they asked for my drivers lic and I asked why they needed it. As every other time I give them my address, password and other info. They said that's how we do it. I gave my ID and told them my main #. He asked me what the other number was and I picked up the ATT iPad to look at which # I wanted to put it on on my account (as I have 4 lines). Tia told the guy I to take back the iPad and I was not allowed to look at it and to shut the info down. At this point I was really insulted after I gave them all my personal infoincluding them scanning my lic, they refused to give me any info on them. I asked Tia for her att I'd and she told me they didn't want to help me and kicked me out. I left the store in disgust and told them that I will do everything to share my experience and they said they didn't care. After I left I went back and took her picture to let others know my experience as well See if others have similar experience and to get this person out of our local store. After leaving I immediately went to another store and got all I wanted in under 20 minutes. The Huntersville store has real problem people and it doesn't have to be this way for services i spend a significant amount for monthly!

I would differently choose AT&T store in Denver NC. They have a great manager named Kris W. He is very helpful. He got us on our way in no time with what we wanted at a price we could afford.

The young man we had to help us was the level best possible person I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t remember his name but he had long hair and was fairly young. This young man knew every single thing about everything.I was impressed.

We needed special help in handling a family member's account. Chris, the manager, listened carefully to our need and took care of everything with skill and professionalism. Going directly to this store was certainly the right thing for us to do. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff.

The most unprofessional, non helpful visit to an AT&T store. Went in to get some information on adding a line and right off the bat the employee/manager said I only offer 3 plans so what you see online doesn’t matter. Instead of trying to sell me something he was worried about telling me what he can’t do.Luckily the customer service on the phone was better because I was ready to switch carriers.

First time at this AT&T Store but my wife is in there frequently. She has always been pleased with the service she gets. We moved to Trilogy which is less than a mile away from the AT&T Store just over a year ago. At the same time we switched from Verizon an Android phones to AT&T and iPhones. Everything for the last year has been fine. System paired easily with the Bluetooth on my Audi and the Ring Door Bell System on the house. I did not activate my Blue Tooth Hearing Aids at the time because with wearing Masks during Covid, every time I removed the masks, the hearing aids would fly off my face and across the room. To protect my investment, I waited till we came out from under the mask mandate to go back to the Hearing Center at Costco to download and readjust the hearing aids. Everything was fine at first with the exception that the Ring Door Bell alert was so loud so high pitched, it was painful. Two weeks before Costco had an appointment open to make adjustments. In the meantime, one of our IT guys tried to adjust the notification but now the phone does not play through the Audi Bluetooth. Took it to AT&T and the technician tried but all he could tell me was that the setting all appeared normal and he told me to call 611 Tech Support. You're going to ask why I gave 4 stars and the problem was not resolved. Granted it was not resolved, but the technician tried and when he could not fix the problem, was honest and said it could not and at the same time, gave me a potential route to resolving the problem. I appreciate honesty I have so many instances of technical run in the 26 years I used or had a cell phone and it was refreshing to get an honest answer.
